I explained I am no longer in the United States and that a refund to my credit card would be the easiest way to refund my money. I was told they can't do that. Now I am having a check sent to a place where I am not going to be. How can a payment be taken by credit card but a refund can not be sent my credit card? The client has to do all the work with this office and then are rejected by not having alternative ways to refund payments.

The reason I even went there in the first place was lack of response to e-mails and failure to call back when they promised. First, this may be "Scott Cameron's" but he never deals directly with his customers. On my way out I tried to enter his luxurious office and the receptionist had a fit (he wasn't even in there)! The young woman who I dealt with was rude and refused to provide me with any answers. The answer I received was obviously biased by what he was told by the same staff who treated me like I was a child. Perhaps if the owner ever bothered to communicate with his customers directly he would get a more balanced view. As for so-called honest responses, "That's how it is jn Florida" does NOT explain why his staff provided me with an initial quote which was increased twice in the next few weeks by hundreds of dollars due to my car no longer being safe by State Farm standards - the same car State Farm has insured for 10 years and has every safety option on it that my two year old Infiniti has which cost almost a thousand less per year!!

To their credit, the CPA I had appeared very knowledgeable but WAY OVER PRICED. FOUR FORMS at $650. I feel priced gouged. And the CPA never came out to explain what was done or why the price is so high. And yes, I have used CPA's before and NEVER got an invoice this high for so little work done. Good firm but expect HIGH fees. Would have given them 5 stars but their high fees dropped them down to 3 stars.

I cancelled a vehicle from my insurance policy on 2-06-25 with employee Jazmine (daughter got married) and they are still charging me? Called on 02-27-25 spoke with Jazmine again to let her know the car is still not removed AND I took my other vehicles to Progressive Direct because of this situation (Saved 200 bucks too). So now I had all 3 of them cancelled. Well today I noticed they still charged my card on 03-01-25 for the first cancelled car! Had to call again, spoke with Jazmine and had to ask for a higher up and supervisor was no help. Supervisor also verified that they have no way to keep track if the insurance is actually cancelled. What kind of professionals are working there? I do not recommend State Farm.
