This year, as my policy was coming up for renew with my home and 3 vehicles and they would not even work with me on finding a better rate, the new agent was rude and had the "oh well" attitude. My husband and I have a perfect driving record and they jumped me to almost $500 a month. After many calls to Kelly there, who was always rude and not helpful, I worked with another company, added a 4th vehicle and the rate was only $242 a month with the same insurance company that Insurance Advisors had me with. When I called to cancel, Kelly was basically ADIOS! HORRIBLE COMPANY WHO TREAT YOU BAD AND DO NOT HAVE GOOD PRICES ANYMORE! 33 years with them and received such poor treatment
