Even worse, it's never branded as AAA Life Insurance and instead looks like an official document that's necessary to open. This practice tells me that they're aware people are tired of receiving their junk and are resorting to hiding who they are to trick people into opening it. If anyone has been able to completely stop this from flooding their mailbox, please tell me how to do so!

I have been able to email my agent to get quotes for auto, home insurance and get a fast turnaround. They are competitive with other insurance agencies and offer 6 month policies for automobile insurance. The homeowners is annually billed. They have now updated the website to allow for online accounts to review information. They still mail out policies and billing invoices as well. Discounts are offered for paid in full policies and they send out annual check up reminders if policy amounts change. The Shepard Agency doesn't have late hours, however they have worked with me in regards to getting things signed and delivered. Overall, I am glad to have found Meemic Insurance as it is the cheapest and most comprehensive for my needs. I have not had to file a claim, so I can only speak to the service and billing aspect.
