Decided to terminate my life insurance and sent email, made several phone calls and sent a certified letter. They continued to withdraw premiums out of my account for 4 months after I canceled the policy. Even with being loyal for all those years, Valerie refused to call me back to address the situation. I spoke with her assistant several times and she assured me Valerie would be in touch. She never did reach out and I was forced to pay my back a fee to stop the automatic withdraw. I would not recommend this agency.
