I have also had mostly good experience through the call center where the agents will work with you and explain things on how to help you. I just got off the phone with a gentleman named Austin from the call center in Idaho because something had got messed up and the rep that called me a few days ago wasn't so nice and Austin explained what he could do now and what I also have to contact Deana about because he is in another state so some things he couldn't do but he documented my account to let Deana's office know the entire situation. I have been with allstate for about a year now and before that I was with American family insurance and I used to say I wouldn't switch from them but when Deana called me and she told me how much more she could get me and I would be paying less than my current policy I switched immediately. Deana and her team is an amazing team to work with and she will let you know what coverage you have and if she can save you money and get you more for your money. I enjoy the opportunity to have my policy through great people. Donna
