Words cannot describe what a vindictive and horrible company this is run by Alfred Tavari and his wife Sonia. I am surprised to see people so crude and vindictive to be driven to make money at the expense of others. At first Alfred will act like he cares and seem to be accommodating but then once he's got his money then his true face comes out. He boasts he's been "doing this" for years and he's right. He knows how to deceive, be a crook, and screw people over. I had the unfortunate experience to briefly deal with this unprofessional and unethical company. I hope others think twice before doing any business or signing any contracts with this devil in wolves clothing. He will say what he needs to get what he wants. He sells homes, rents apartments, and does some property management. If you see the phone number 818-344-5158 on buildings or advertisements then you know it's him. Save yourself the time. He does not care about you, your family, friends, money or time. Your replaceable. If your deal doesn't go through someone else's will. For him and his wife it's all about the sale.
