I didn't realize when I first signed on that Keybox is off-property management only (they don't personally meet with tenants or inspect the property themselves). I'm sure Melanie disclosed that initially but I overlooked it. Aside from my slight disappointment at not having an on-site manager, I was very pleased with how quickly and thoroughly Merry addressed maintenance issues, how accessible financial transactions were on their portal, and how professional they were in all our interactions. I have historically had pretty terrible experiences being a renter, for no particular reason, but it's just the status quo that most tenants learn to live with.
