Although Jimmy was charming and confident as a sales person, the behind the scenes where your order is processed and scheduled is a freaking disaster! They took forever to install our windows, and then, we had ended up in the push and pull with the manufacturer stating our issues were the installers fault, the installer says its the manufacturers fault. It was ridiculous and all we had were problems with our windows after install, which was as frustrating as trying to get them to come and install them! Getting your warranty paperwork is also an issue. I'm sure there are better places to get your windows from. read more

Yesterday on June 4 I had all state windows come in to my home to put up new windows. I can't express how pleased, delighted, professional these people are. Chris and Billy where are the two gentlemen that came out to do the work.They arrived around 830 and didn't leave until about 515 pm. I was so nervous that I had to leave the house because I thought that there would be a huge mess when I came back home. Needless to say when I walked in To my delight my beautiful windows were installed. Not only did they do a great job with installation but, the cleanup was immaculate. Allstate Siding and Windows completed a large Window Replacement and Siding project at my home in Memorial - 18 windows and all of our existing siding, including 7 dormers, adding some additional complexity. The company is easy to work with, straight forward with pricing, and has an extremely experienced team that can handle complex projects. The business is family owned and operated, which was an important element of my decision making process. Jimmy, Mike, Lauren and the rest of the leadership team, really encapsulated a service focused environment, putting my satisfaction with the project first. Jimmy arrived at my house for the original proposal and walked the entire project with me. I had six other window companies come out, and this experience felt different. Jimmy gave me the most competitive offer, knew (and stood beside) his window recommendations better than all of them, educated me on the best windows for my home, and listened to my needs and requests. It was not a sales pitch, which was awesome. Just be prepared for a chat, because he likes to talk (which I appreciate)! Today I got a call from Jeff again to see if I was interested in doing my windows. I guess he did not see my last review. We spoke for a little bit and he asked who I ended up with. I went with Graycler Windows and Mike because they were professional and efficient. They read my frustration on this review and contacted me to see if they could have a chance to earn my business. In the past with Jeff and Allstate he was friendly and helpful at the first meeting and after that he just was too busy to even respond back. And what Allstate promised during the first meeting with Jeff was not what he honored later on. Yet with Graycler their sales person Omar not only did everything right there quote and all. He kept everything in writing. We even got to talk to the owner Mike and felt his passion for doing a great job. Everything that was on the contract was delivered to satisfaction. Omar even gave us a $100 gift card just for being great clients. The owner came by and inspected the work and the guys that installed it all so nice and professional. I have Bamboo floors and they draped the floor with blankets to prevent scratching. The window quality was amazing even better than I could have dream for. And much better than the same Jeff from Allstate brought me. I ended up spending around $14,000 to do my windows for my downstairs area and loved it. I am so thankful that Allstate Windows gave me such a bad experience because if they did not I would not have found Graycler Windows the best kept secret of cost effective, high quality, and excellent service. read more

Allstate was a joy to work with from beginning to end in replacing some siding and 5 new windows. I filled out the online form and Mary got back to be the next morning and scheduled Jimmy to come out. Jeff called the day before to confirm time. Jimmy showed up on time and was a joy to work with as he brought miniature working windows so that I could pick the ones I wanted. He also had brochures describing the different types of siding. After I had met with two other companies I had a few more questions and Jimmy once again came out and answered everything. My gut told me to go with Allstate: family owned; mid-sized; good price, and; good people. I wasn't disappointed. Since it's hard for me to take off doing the week they agreed to come on a Saturday and do the windows and the siding. The windows had to be ordered and would take about a month. I didn't hear from them within exactly a month, but I wasn't surprised when I called that due to the winter storms up by Dallas (where NT Windows are manufactured) that they would not be in for another week or so . Once they were in Jeff called to schedule but again the weather played a role in delaying things so it was agreed that the windows would be put in one day and the siding another. The windows were put in on a Saturday morning. The crew arrived EARLY (I was still in bed). Marco, Tony and the guys were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They even managed to put the alarm sensors onto the new windows which saving me $$$ (Joy!) as I didn't have to call out ADT. Siding was put in on a week day as I did not have to be there. It was done by the time I got home and once again everything was neat and clean. They did forget to replace a downspout but one phone call and it was done the next day. The office manager, Mary, is rude and unprofessional. She didn't want to assist me in getting the matter resolved until I threatened to take this matter with the Texas Attorney General and file a consumer claim and get with an attorney. read more

Not only did they properly communicate when there were weather delays, their work is second to none. Very efficient, professional, and thoroughly tidy! They installed 30 windows in 1.5 days and you would NEVER know anyone was there or not part of the original home. Not a scratch nor piece of construction debris anywhere! I can already feel the difference these quality windows make in the house. As a bonus, they came with alarm system sensors that integrated seamlessly into my existing system! Allstate Siding & Windows replaced our windows in 2005. We sold that house in 2016 and the windows are still great. They did a great job, they are very reliable, and the windows made our electric bill drop by a LOT! Salesman is most personable and sells on the fact they excel in customer service. When you have a problem, forget getting any help. Or, that has been my experience. I have not had a single return call. I've called on each occasion and they meant to call, but just had too many other issues. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE SALE!!!!!!! Supposedly, NT Windows salesman is going to fix my issue, but I'm told the "missing pieces" will go to Allstate's location. I'll believe it when it happens. I used this company for one of my rental properties for siding and replacement windows. Thus far, it appears the product is good. However, the customer service is deplorable. They were quick to hound you for final payment but wouldn't finish the details. They left screws, brackets and debris from the old siding behind. They also left the electric meter detached from the wall, wobbling on its conduit. In the back, they reattached the porch lamp with drywall screws.When I tried to replace the lamp, I saw they covered the mounting bracket with the siding and the lamp was screwed into the siding. Unscrewing the lamp cored the siding out. I pointed all these things out and got empty promises to fix them. Over the course of a week, I made four trips to the house after talking to them only to find none of the fixes had been done. I have had to hire someone to repair their work.
