I was never a big fast food type person, but after getting married and having two kids, that changes for most families in this consumer run world we live in. My first time there, I was unfamiliar with the process. Some could argue that it is self explanatory. However, if you are socially awkward at all, this can make ordering at Subway very unpleasant. They do not show signs of patients with these types of people and offer no suggestions in a any way. The biggest example, was with my father who had never been to this particular place and also didn't know the routine. I witnessed him treated with the very same blank stares, impatient and generally annoyed customer service. Also, I am not sure with other locations, but if you see a 'new' or featured item on an advertisement, do not expect them to be willing to make it without making it very obvious that they have no clue what it is or seem to care what it is.
