We learned of the company as it was canvassing our subdivision to offer their services. We met with representative, James Cobb, and got an esimate on work we needed done. James said they would be able to do the work within two weeks and they came at the end of that week. The workers were very professional and did the requested work. They were fast, well organized, and removed all the limbs and debris from trimming a Magnolia and Drake Elm. They had an impressive amount of equipment to get the job done as well as an experienced climber who was instramental in removing one superflous, ugly pine tree and limbing another. James negotiated with our neighbor who owned the pine trees so we each paid half for the removal. The neighbor's trees overhung our pool deck area. I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Alltimate Tree Care. I happen to love pine trees but when they die it seems as if they die fast. In my case, there were three in a row. One thing I've learned is dead pine trees can be hazardous to both property and to a person's safety. Just as I noticed the pines were dying, my neighbor was using Alltimate Tree Care to prune and clear trees. James, the owner, provided an estimate. I have used Alltimate tree care a few times to remove trees and stump grind, never disappointed. Just had 5 trees removed and stump grinded. James the rep is super communicative and professional. These gentlemen were ON IT! They were so friendly and polite and did a great job! I had a large magnolia in the front of my home removed, they worked around my concrete edging and spot lighting in the planting bed, with NO ISSUES! We agreed to cut down 3 branches for $2000. They cut 1 branch and then it started to rain. They demanded me to pay them in full or they'd place a lien on my house.
