Rob helped us get the repair done at a local shop rather than a long tow. This was a huge win and saved a lot of money and time. Words can not tell you how wonderful this situation we found ourselves in has turned ALL compliments of All Time Towing and their employees. We were hauling our 44ft toy hauler with our GMC one ton when we sheared off not one, not two lug nuts and bolts but 4. So a flatbead AND another wrecker came to assist us. They were quick to get to us. They knew we were in an unsafe location for us and traffic. They got us loaded and hooked up easily and safely. Well as luck runs the next vehicle to go down was one of their trucks. The one with our rig threw a rod. Our rig bares the evidence of the hydraulic fluid. Well they got us to safety and grabbed their big boy wrecker to tow the other wrecker AND our rig. They have graciously let us live in our rig (offered full hook ups) till the truck is ready plus they will clean the rig. The office staff is dynomite as are all the drivers and the owner. My friend had a vehicle towed by them. From a accident, they showed up he hand them his AAA card they said they don't take it anymore. Towed it to there lot the next day guy tells him tow bill is 350 dollars. I called to pay the bill ro. Wouldn't take payment said my friends insurance had to pay due to a law maine LD 1661. Next day I find that is just a stall tactic to extort more money out of him or to take is vehicle from him. 2 days later I take my friend to pay the bill. Get the and the bill is 613. I ask the owner what all these other charges are because he told me the bill was 350. Ask if I was the owner of the vehicle. I'm not get the f off my property I don't need to talk to you gave my friend my credit card and he end up come back with a 913 dollar bill . This guy is a crook read more

My daughter and her boyfriend's car hit a ditch. They had to be towed. Unfortunately AllTime Towing was called. Car was water logged and wouldn't run. They were 2 hours from home. They stayed with the car for 2 days trying everything to get it running, even sleeping in the car. We kept constant contact with the owner. Thought at that point that he had a shred of decency, some compassion for two young kids trying their best to get home. When they were finally able to remove the car from the lot, it had been moved to their other lot, which was locked up. I called and spoke with the owner. He was, by far, the rudest person I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with in my life. The woman in his office, Joanie, was a pleasure to deal with. Very understanding. After I told him that I had spoken with her, he said he was going to fire her-makes sense I guess, since you know, she was dealing with his customers in a kind and compassionate manner. You can see his character right there. Clearly if you irritate him, he's going to fire back - he fired back with a storage fee suddenly materializing. All fees were paid, and had we known what a difficult person we were going to be dealing with, they would have been better left in the ditch. If you are in need of a tow and this guy rolls up on the scene, I would highly recommend abandoning your car. It would be less painful. read more
