I called Racila Towing at 9:47 AM on 2/11/24, after becoming stuck at Lowe's Bridge. When I was freed I called at 10:08 to cancel. Shawn Racila called me back at 10:11 and gave me a hard time. I ended that call. Shawn Racila called again at 10:19 to yell at me, and also sent a text at 10:19. "Here's a thought you fXXXing idiot. That is not a passable road this time of year. If it was, it would have been plowed instead of completely snow and ice-covered. This is nothing more than a snowmobile trail. This time of year I have lived in this area. All my life and I know you obviously don't. You're an idiot and furthermore, don't ever call me again. Because it's people like you that make businesses. Not even want to be in business because you're nothing more than a stupid ass." I filed a complaint with the Dover Foxcroft police to document his behavior.

We were hauling our 44ft toy hauler with our GMC one ton when we sheared off not one, not two lug nuts and bolts but 4. So a flatbead AND another wrecker came to assist us. They were quick to get to us. They knew we were in an unsafe location for us and traffic. They got us loaded and hooked up easily and safely. Well as luck runs the next vehicle to go down was one of their trucks. The one with our rig threw a rod. Our rig bares the evidence of the hydraulic fluid. Well they got us to safety and grabbed their big boy wrecker to tow the other wrecker AND our rig. They have graciously let us live in our rig (offered full hook ups) till the truck is ready plus they will clean the rig. The office staff is dynomite as are all the drivers and the owner.
