There seems to be many issues, lack of customer service and confusion. I have used this service for years, gone on tours before that were great. Not sure what has happened to their management and accountability. But it made for a very negative experience for my husband and I who took time to drive to their office.

After a recommendation from neighbors, we decided on Secure7 Transportation and my wife easily made the arrangements for a late-night arrival from the west coast for my sister and I. The connecting flight was delayed but Tony had monitored the flight and we met him around 12:30am with lots of luggage. His vehicle is new and more than enough space and the driving ride was super comfortable. Delightful small talk along the way including thought on winning the big lottery, local eateries, Bronzino - Mediterranean Sea Bass. The conversation was at our choosing but was simple and fun. Above and Beyond - The next morning at 8:45am on my way out for a 9am haircut, I discovered my wallet was missing. I remembered zippering in my puffer jacket but could not find my jacket. Panicked at the prospect of dealing with credit card cancellations I asked my wife to contact Tony to see if I left my jacket in the vehicle as I flew out the door dreading the day. I also remembered Tony was making a trip to Orlando Airport today so the prospects for getting to him was slim. - Wife texts Tony at 8:50am - Tony responds at 8:55am - yes he has the jacket and the wallet. Recommends meeting at Publix in Nocatee in 30 minutes. - Pulls up to wife's car exactly as planned. - Wife drives home with jacket and wallet (all good) before I arrive home after my haircut. NOT SURE and any other car service or driver could deliver anything remotely similar. We recommend Tony and Secure7 without reservation.
