The clothes is very reasonably priced and comparable to what you'd pay at a similar store at the mall. I am so thankful to the young lady that was there and recommended the eyelash glue. I LOVE IT and used it all weekend. Finally a lash glue that does what it's supposed to. This will for sure be my first stop next time I'm looking for an outfit.

this is a new plus sized shop in eastridge. the only other one in eastridge that i know of is Voga…read more the stuff in here is similar, altho they make an effort to have this shop look a little upscale. they have a large selection of jeans, unlike most plus-sized shops. they don't really have anything in terms of acccessories. but the regular nina's is just across the way, and they have a huge selection of such things. i especially recommend their ghetto-fab sunglasses. most of the tops were on par price-wise with all the other cheap plus sized spots, about $20-27. they did have a half off rack.

I don't shop at Nina's Plus, but sometimes when I go shopping with my mom she likes to stop in there to see what cute blazers or jackets they have. It's a relatively small store with not many people going in there, so there's usually just one sales associate working. Yesterday when my mom and I went in, we were immediately disappointed with the customer service. The sales associate glanced at us as we walked in and not only did she not greet us, but she didn't even make an effort to smile. That's fine, maybe she was just having a bad day. She kept looking over at us the whole time we were browsing. Yes, we're petite women, but no, we did not wander into the wrong store. My mom started looking at their jackets and found two that she liked that could possibly fit her that she wanted to try on. She could've tried them on outside, but we decided to use the fitting room. I asked the sales girl if she could try those on, and she replied in a very rude way to ask how many items we had. I stepped into the fitting room to see how my mom looked in the jackets and closed the door for just a second when the sales associate knocked loudly on the door and said in a loud and derogatory voice, "only one person allowed in the fitting rooms!" What? I only stepped in there for a quick second, and it's not like we're opposite genders where we would (for whatever odd reason) get frisky in the fitting room. My mom didn't end up liking how the jackets fit, and even if she did, we wouldn't have gotten anything because we didn't want to deal with her for another second. I didn't get her name, but she's the Hispanic girl with the small upper body and the thick bottom. I advise her to take a couple lessons on proper customer service and not letting whatever personal issues she has affect her job.

I told the ladies that I needed an off white/cream/beige color scheme to match my then fiance's homemade ao dai. They had ONE option. At first, I was discouraged because I was hoping to have a few different shades to choose from. The piece also only had a basic sequin design. After consultation with my now step daughter, we asked if the piece could be updated to include a more intricate design. There was some Vietlish back and forth and difficulty communicating. The lady did not seem interested in making the update and possibly the sale itself. Following further contemplation and a phone call to confirm with the bride, I decided the piece was the ONE. I told the nice lady that I would buy the ao dai but needed tailoring on the design. She was hesitant but agreed in the end. While she "rung" me up, she had me write my full name and contact information on a paper slip. After seeing my last name, she asked if I was Vietnamese (I am). The stars in her eyes twinkled as she said (in Vietnamese), "YOU'RE VIETNAMESE!?" And boy, did the interaction change. She was STOKED to make the updated sequin design and kept telling me that it was going to turn out fabulous. Hear me out fam, she went from a 2/10 to a 12/10 on the service. Friendly, warm, inviting. Everything you could ask for out of your ao dai shop. Would I go back? No, because I hope to never need a wedding ao dai again. Should you go? Absolutely. Vietnamese people show their affection through abrasive methods. But that's what makes them authentic. The experience would have been easier if I had a fluent family member with me. The piece was $200 total which included tailoring and was done about a month later. The work was fantastic.

She was unsure so she asked her coworker to help us out and he gave great customer service and took us exactly to what we were looking for. Looked around and they did have some nice clothing items. However they seemed a bit pricey for my price range. Found two pairs of jeans that the granddaughter liked and the total for two jeans came out to $198.00. Maybe it's my generation but I feel this was way overpriced. I expected to get a lot more, but I guess you're paying for the name when you want a brand on your jeans.

I picked the pink one at first because "where else am I going to find a clean pink polo like this?" and the nice lady who worked picked it for me. Adding the tax came around 69 dollars and cents luckily. Return to get the brown shirt with my dad getting him a tie too rounding up to 70 bucks. The owner and workers were really welcoming and helping me to build confidence in fashion. The place is not pack, which it should be. Overall A+

Even though we were looking for only TWO dresses for the TWO OF us, he kept telling us to buy three and even four.... why would two people need four dresses?!?! Low alteration pricing!…read more I've been coming here for years to get some jeans, dresses and jackets altered. The tailor is great- he asked if you want the original hem or new hem with thread color match up and usually have you try the clothing on some he can assure the alterations are done correctly. The original hem usually takes longer then the new hem. His estimated return time is exact and he will work with you if you need the clothing in a hurry. The only downfall to this store is the parking. Its in a Vietnamese plaza with Senter Food market, on the strip that is right in front of the market (parallel). I usually come on the weekdays or when they first open on the weekend to avoid the parking chaos and new drivers. So if you're looking for decent alteration prices, come on by!
