She was gentle, made sure I was comfortable and explained what she was doing. Everything was super clean and organized, she even has a TV if you want to watch a show while getting your services done. You can tell Melanie puts a lot of thought into her space to make it comfortable for her clients. I genuinely didn't know my eyebrows were capable of looking like this and Melanie did such a great job- both with technique and making your appointment feel like you're hanging out. That being said, she was very professional and also very detail oriented. She was honest about what we could do with my brows and mapped out many options.
