I decided at 34 weeks that I wanted maternity photos and Candy made it happen. There are so many dresses to choose from so I didn't have to worry about shopping for dresses. I just showed up with a small bag and Candy and Nicole took care of the rest. They were so kind and made me feel at ease during my session. It was nice get done up after spending most of my pregnancy during the pandemic in loungewear. The newborn session was also fantastic! It's apparent that Candy has a lot of experience with babies and trusted her with my daughter. Similar to the maternity session, Candy thinks of it all and makes the experience exceptional...from the preparation to the props, wraps, and accessories she provides. I did a petite session which was only about 45 minutes from start to finish but she was super efficient, maximizing the amount of shots I got. I purchased an Easter Bunny Photoshoot under the impression that it was the only photo event taking…read moreplace at the location we had previously visited. However, a few days after signing the contract, I discovered that the location was holding a separate event. When I realized my mistake and wanted to cancel, I was informed that I would lose a non-refundable deposit of $75. Despite this setback, I decided to proceed with the appointment and remained flexible when the photographer needed to reschedule due to weather conditions. I also accommodated a change in our time slot on the rescheduled day. After the shoot, the photographer sent me an album of the photos. Unfortunately, I found the album difficult to access and use. Although I remember selecting a few pictures, I completely forgot about selecting more photos until we began planning this year's Easter Bunny Pictures. It was then that I realized I never received last year's photos. Upon reaching out to the photographer, I was informed that all photos are deleted after six months. I was further told that since I hadn't chosen any photos, none were delivered and subsequently deleted. It is disheartening to have paid $175 and received nothing, not even a single photo. The photographer claims to have reached out, possibly through Facebook, but I do not use thier messaging platform to communicate often, I only discovered this one follow up message now. I will never understand how someone can accept $175, deliver nothing, delete the photos they took and think that is an acceptable way to handle this type of situation. The deleted pictures were from my daughters frist Easter, and now they are gone.

Her portfolio speaks for itself, but I had no idea how professional, warm and inviting she was in person, nor how rewarding and fun this experience could be. I joined Celeste's mailing list last year and was alerted to an upcoming "discount day," where you chose one look and background set for a reduced price. Though I'm definitely not a "sexy" person, the shoot we did came out fabulously and looked so adorable. Since I'm a writer by trade, we decided to go with a vintage typewriter, desk and nerdy reporter's notebook -- so cute! I love the attention to detail and the variety of wardrobe sizes and styles. Her team will spend hours getting you all dolled up with gorgeous pinup hair and makeup, then Celeste helps you into your wardrobe, garters and jewelry. From there, the actual shooting seemed to fly by. Proofs are put up online in about a week and you can order prints and enlargements from there. So convenient and I loved being able to send the whole online gallery to my boyfriend. Already plotting my next session here: a girls' day for my mom's 50th birthday.
