Kelsey measured me and I learned my correct bra size, Kelsey shared care and cleaning tips (never wear the same bra two days in a row, never hang by the straps to dry, and the best fit starts with closing on the last/widest hook because the elastic will stretch over time, to share a few), and I felt genuinely pampered, valued, and not rushed (as opposed to the "customer service" at many other retailers where I feel tolerated by a harried clerk that I had to hunt down for help in the first place, whose mission becomes upselling me while s/he repeatedly checks her/his watch or phone). I absolutely love Allure. I have gotten amazing customer service every time walk into the store. I walk away so happy that I have found the correct size bra for my oversized breasts. The quality is amazing. I love the fact that you keep a record of my purchases so we know where to start with the sizing. Recently I called your St. Paul store was able to order over the phone. How convenient! There was a mix up and I received the wrong bras. When I called, I spoke to Anna Holm. She was delightful. I feel she went above and beyond to help me return/exchange the bra's. I was nervous when I entered the store and Jenna asked if she could help me. I am a two-time breast cancer survivor and have had a double mastectomy with reconstruction. My bra size was an unknown to me and I had never had a "fitting". I am getting ready for my daughter's wedding in October and my alteration date indicates that I need to bring my shoes and undergarments to the fitting. As a relatively slender person with larger breasts, I've spent hours and hours bra shopping, including one three hour stretch at a major department store known for its customer service, only to walk away empty-handed or with a single dowdy but decently-fit item. Bigger stores seem to assume that if your cup size is anything bigger than a C, your girth is 38" at minimum. But within 15 minutes at Allure I had OPTIONS that fit well, looked good under my clothes, and were attractive on their own. They weren't cheap, but neither were all those bras that DON'T fit. And my time is valuable too, so the savings there were significant. I'll definitely be back. read more

Though beyond 50, this is the first time I have ever had a fitting and was a bit apprehensive at first. Not to worry though, I felt so comfortable when greeted by such a warm, friendly face. The store design and the beautiful merchandise made for a feel of gentleness and femininity. Given my body type, the sales person Eva, was really good at bringing me what looked and fit great. I had a wonderful experience at Allure. I was fitted for a bra and found a couple to buy in my size, which is not an off-the-shelf size. The staff at Allure were professional and friendly so that I was totally comfortable during the entire visit. They brought many bras to the fitting room for me until we found just the right fit. Also, they provide tailoring to adjust band size for only $10 and then they send it to you free shipping. Allure is well worth the price. I bought the first bra that has ever fit me here!!!!!! Carrie helped me and just made me feel very comfortable and human and not just like someone to sell to. She sized me and I found out that many places don't size correctly! I was validated so much and don't think I can ever buy a bra anywhere else. They're are a little pricey- but the value is insane. Allure Intimates gives you a small boutique personalized experience. This is the 1st time I had gone to Allure and my mission was to get a much needed bra fitting and to treat myself to a new bra. Now I need a size outside the norm and was surprised that they had so much variety for me to try on. That one on one attention follows you from start to checkout. I have been fitted 3 times in the last year at 3 different bra stores with little luck. I have a drawer full of ill fitting bras. Less than a hour at Allure and walked out with 2 beautiful lace bras that fit. I have worn them for a week without sholder straps falling and pinching at the sides. The best is no back fat detail in my sweaters. They are more expensive then stores like Victoria Secret, Soma and the large retail chains, but worth the comfort. read more

I love the bras. In fact, I went back and ordered a few more! The prices are a little higher than Victoria's Secret BUT you get a bra that truly fits your body. I was in a few days ago to get a "sports" bra and was pleasantly surprised at the personal attention and discrete care I received.
