My sister wanted to stop here to find some items for an upcoming trip. I'm not sure why but I hardly shop here. They mostly sell clothes and accessories and it's a decent amount of product to check out. I did find a cute journal that I know my friend would love but when I picked it up it had some kind of liquid on the bottom which was gross. Parking is usually pretty rough at this strip mall but they do have a back lot as well and usually a bit more luck taking that route. One of the cashiers here was taking her sweet time ringing up a customer and the vibe was very weird with her mean mugging everyone. Super impressed with this Nordstrom Rack on the west side of town. I couldn't get over the options they had in every category (ps and better than the one on my side of town). We bought a sun hat, hair products and a pair of men's pants when we left. I would go back to this Nordstrom rack in a second. OMG, I could spend too much money here. I found a cute Rae Dunn small fry pan, some Clinique cosmetics, and a Kurt Geiger small purse. The purse was small, but my phone and keys fit. I'll just carry a couple cards and cash in a small wallet. I debated getting it, but the voice in my head, the time to buy is when you see it. I've never heard of Kurt Geiger before, but it's a mid luxury brand in London. The logo is a bird, actually an eagle. I thought it was a skull at first. The purse was $89. I don't buy myself much and self care is important. The cashier guy was really nice. Time to carry a smaller purse. Review 12 in 2023. read more

This store is currently my favorite place for clothes shopping! So many bargains, so many choices of really nice, cute items, that you can't find anyplace else!!! I just bought a cute Lucky Brand Print Top for $6,88, a pretty summer dress for $14.97, and many many t-shirts for just a few dollars just perfect for summer! Oh did I mention I got a cute jacket, a GENEVIEVE WASHED COZY PULLOVER for fall for just a few dollars ....and a beautiful Liz Clairborne fashion watch for $24.97! I came in here in the hopes of finding some cute tips for an upcoming trip. As always, the Rack delivered. I found a couple of great white blouses that will pack and layer well. I also was looking for some ankle boots, so I ventured into the shoe department. This is always a risk. You may find exactly what you want, or you may find one of exactly what you want and suffer the heartbreak of never finding the mate to your perfect shoe. This disaster almost befell me. However, the day was saved by Landon, who offered to check the back. To my delight, he returned with a complete pair in just two minutes. It made my day--cute boots at a great price! I'm a happy camper. I also found some great little treats for my face--Evian spray fo an upcoming flight and some gorgeous lip balm for anytime. This location is really well-organized, and they were playing some great music this evening. Easy five stars! read more

I was highly impressed by their home decor department. Quality unique finds for sure. A bit cluttered everywhere else. I was also shocked at how large the space is. From one end to the other, is a distance, they've definitely filled it with product lol. Didn't see many staff on the floor, lines seem to be steady. I'd come back. read more

I really love Nordstrom Rack. They have good prices on brands I really like, but mostly on brands I've never heard of. Either way, you can't beat their sale prices! I've found that it's best not to look for anything specific. Because the times I go and want a purple bra they won't have any. Especially since they seem to be last season's or close out items. This is the first time I've been at this Highway 7 location in a loooooong time. I'm so glad I stopped in! They've remodeled the inside and it's so nice. Open and bright! Tons of deals to search through! It's much larger and nicer than the Maple Grove location I usually frequent. I found so many deals! I will definitely be back! read more

Nordstrom has great customer service's! I was just browsing and two kind ladies went up and asked if I needed help.

What can I say but I love the rack! As many of my Yelp friends know I am a shopaholic. I love this location, and how can you not? It's shiny and new! The merchandise is well displayed, so it's easy to find those bargains! The Knollwood area has put a brand new face on! Next store you will also find an Off the runway TJ Maxx's. I went on opening day and there was a great selection with full size assortments. There were plenty of staff on hand to help for questions. The checkout was in a weird spot in the store and it didn't make much sense, so I'm only giving it 4 stars. read more

The return policy at this store sucks, and grace the manager is awful and could not make it right sadly. I was not Informed of the 45 day return policy on purchase. The problem I had with the product was a defect so at the very least I should have been able to get an exchange or giftcard. I even had the receipt in hand! Crazy. Never shop here!!! I do love shopping and good deals. Nordstrom Rack is definitely one of me enablers. This location is relatively new, and I checked it out for the first time today. It's a very solid Nordstrom Rack location. Extensive selection. I was especially impressed with their handbag department. This location carries a lot of upscale brands: MK, Kate Spade, Marc Jacob, just to name a few. Overall, this is a very solid Nordstrom Rack. I'm glad I checked it out. read more

Updated 10/16/2020: This is a late update but my family member and I went to the Maple Grove Nordstrom Rack (20 minutes away) on the exact same day, the manager and cashier in that store asked one question and we replied exactly the same, ALL THE ITEMS WERE RETURNED with no issue. No problem with "systems policies". If this is not a prime example of discrimination, I don't know what else would describe this experience. ---- 10/5/2020- This store has the WORST customer service (and I worked in retails before). They DID NOT inform the items that I purchased are final sales nor the information is stated on the receipt. They wanted you to buy things, paid the money, and when I needed to return items that I did not even used, the manager KARLEY TRACEY said that their staffs are not required to inform customers that, and nothing they could do about it. Even though the receipt stated that these are 45-day return policies. So it's my fault that i did not call the corporate office to research about their return policies for a thousands types of merchandise before making the purchase ??? I feel discriminated against as the manager just walked away on me when I started to voice my opinion. They did not take you serious nor tried to do anything to help out with the situation. I paid a lot of money for things that I didn't use. There was not even an option to try the items on so how could I know that it work? Their "hidden policy" is absolutely messed up plus the customer service is horrible. Please take your money somewhere else, Sephora, Ulta, Macy, even Target and Walmart have way better customer service. The manager walked away on me - I feel so insignificant and outraged as a customer. This is the worst experience that I have encountered in my lifetime in the customer service industry, and I work in the same industry. When I told the manager that she has the opportunity to make an improvement to ensure that her staffs inform customers about final sales, she straight up told me They WERE NOT REQUIRED TO. I love this Rack. I used to prefer the MOA Rack, but this one has grown on me and well...you don't need to go deal with potential MOA crowds and parking. I stopped by tonight with no need of anything, but he school year just started back and I like to dress well. At first a crazy Free People cropped hoodie caught my attention (ha, and I said I like to dress well). Then I went to the clearance dresses. I ended up with 4 or 5 dresses, a top and a hoodie for under $200. Not bad and all name brand. :) read more

I was in the store for the first time, and was waiting in the designated area to wait in line to check out. Apparently, some people can't read and we're just waiting behind each register. When I pointed out the mistake to the clerk, as I had been waiting awhile and had not been assisted, she ignored me, and laughed about it with another women that she had decided to help before me. It is difficult comparing this Nordstrom Rack to the one at MOA, however this one is much neater much cleaner much more organized has nicer, more upscale items which probably explains why it feels a bit more expensive too. Overall products are in better shape and easier to find. read more

I was really happy when a Nordstrom Rack opened 2 miles from my home. What a huge disappointment. Not a single rack of petite sized clothing, although there are racks and racks of plus sizes. I have inquired several times about getting some petites in and I get a different answer every time. At first it was "we know there is a problem and we're working on it. Lots of customers have been asking", then it was, "well, there might be some mixed in on the clearance rack", to "I don't know why we don't have any."I am a long time Nordstrom shopper and card holder, but I don't feel respected or valued as a customer in this store. So, I still have to drive to mall of America or on line to shop Nordstom rack. read more
