I also know someone else who started the same time and it also did not work for her. Also, they make you take a picture of your Driver's license in order to do any laser hair treatments. When I told them that I didn't feel comfortable with them taking a picture, they would not see me anymore. This is after I drove all the way there. Manager was rude and completely unhelpful. I've called around and no one else who does laser hair removal requires to take a picture of an id to do treatments. To me this is so bizarre. Either way, I'm glad this happened because as I called around, I found out that I am being OVER charged and the other places said I should not have had to do the treatments for this long. Or at this point they should've only be charging a touch up. I highly do NOT recommend this place.
