They're located right in the heart of Winter Park right on the second floor above The Imperial. I was greeted right away by a sweet man named Mark at the front desk as he offered me a beverage. I chose white wine... because wine not? Filling out paperwork was a breeze. I was guided to my room where I got to meet the nurse practitioner who did my Botox treatment. What can I say? Few minutes later, around 3:40pm, I opened the door and went to the front asking if Janet knew I was there and the receptionist seemed embarrassed and said "yes, I will go back and talk to her". I went back to the room again and at this point, their conversation continued angain about personal matters and Janet had no respect for a client waiting for an hour. Extremely disappointing. 5 minutes pass by and I left the room and passed them still chatting in the hallway with no consideration. And if you need to have larger excisions, they even do complementary scar treatment, which is a grand bargain. I have high standards and visit 3-6 times a year as a pale skinned person who grew up in Florida. The few negative reviews you seen here are not indicative of my countless experiences. I also know other people who feel the same way. The negative reviews are from people who are probably always negative, and don't handle mistakes or miscommunications the right way.
