Everyone has been kind, helpful, and consistently delivers good results. Since Amanda left, I hadn't quite found someone who matched my personal preferences when it comes to shaping for my face and eyes. I was always satisfied, just not fully aligned with what I was looking for, if that makes sense. That changed once Nancy joined the team! Every time I've seen her, she's been incredibly consistent and always achieves exactly the look I want. She also goes above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable during the service, like placing a blanket on me and checking in throughout, which I really appreciate. I've also noticed much better retention with her work and very minimal fallout. I know all of the stylists use the same products and tools, so I'm not sure if it's her technique or the extra time and attention to detail she puts in, but whatever it is, it works. The color on them is still going strong and I've touched and brushed them because ofc they were darker being that they were freshly tinted. I have a feeling it will last about a good week and they say it's suppose to last a few days if you don't wet your face so I believe it. She used what I think looked like a stencil at first to help her with the shape. Then I want to say she tweaked it a bit. I think if I was to to do it again I wouldn't want it stenciled, it felt to thick for my face and im more of a natural galy and like the softer brow shape or I end up looking like angry birds haha.
