My first visits were good, but today they had me waiting for about 46 months before the Pa came in. Couldn't wait any longer, had to go to work. Then finding the place has been a pain. Professionals are not doing the work on you. There could be a cosmetologist doing laser procedures on you and they will make you wait forever. They definitely profile people and treat them accordingly. They have a whole system and you could be a provider very first patient they've ever injected without any practice and not even know it until it's too late. read more

I made an appointment despite the reviews on the web. I already had a weird feeling & should have trusted myself. my 0900 appointment was scheduled the night prior, and when I went to google the directions, maps said they were closed for the day. so I was like ah, sketchy. give them a call and a girl states that that location is open. so I drove (in a sleet storm mind you) 30 mins to get there, the door was locked at 8:40. lights off no one home. so I give the company another call, she explains they don't start til 9. I say "oh, okay I understand!" because she was not working out of this office obviously and the fact that she brought her ass to work on time today, unlike my injector. side note; Im not sure why every cosmetic procedure appointment I show up to (I waited until 5 til; no one showed), usually 15 mins early totally willing to wait but they're never ready at all to do the job no matter time of day. lol it just looked super unprofessional. very disheartening. why am I beating you there. and for that reason i told myself "enough is enough" I got outta there, I'll schedule an appointment with an expensive office I guess or travel to find somewhere else. all I know is too many red flags !!! read more

I wish I could give zero stars! Made an appointment for Botox, I've been getting Botox for YEARS! Sat through the "intro process" then was left in an exam room for about 30 min past my appointment time. Then the consultation begins. Mind you I came for Botox and Botox only. Immediately was put through a whole conversation about filler which I said multiple times... I do not want filler I'm here for Botox. The conversation again started about filler where I said I don't dislike the way I look. Again I am not here for filler nor do I want filler. Then we get to the Botox part. I've been getting Botox by a medical DNP injector for 20+ years, but unfortunately not able to go any longer, hence why I found myself at this place. I was asked to smile and lift my eyebrows. Then I was told that I needed 50 to 60 units for a brow lift. Then I was told that per company policy on the first appointment, They are not allowed to inject Botox in the upper forehead and I would need to do the 50 to 60 units for the brow lift and then come back in two weeks to get my upper forehead assessed. What a joke. I've never needed anywhere near 50 units for my entire face. So naturally when I question the "injector" as to why I can't have Botox in my forehead, which is the reason why I came in the first place, also why would I need 50 to 60 units for a brow lift? The whole demeanor changed. The energy shifted, the tone shifted, and I said no thank you! I'm usually not one to post, but hoping this might help somebody else in saving their money. This place is a total money scam! Not to mention I was not even properly assessed for Botox. Not assessed for how many units I would need, I was told to smile one time and lift my eyebrows, boom you need 50 to 60 units, not even including my upper forehead. What a joke. read more

First, the receptionist told me that it is 8.00 a unit, and the nurse will give me a "assessment" of how many units I should get. Don't go here. They're injections are sub par at the very least. After this last time getting my lips filled here I'm never going back for $299 lip filler. So right away I felt a huge lump on the left side of my upper lift but gave it a MONTH to settle. They're only open 2 days a week which is super inconvenient too. My entire philtrum was remained swollen and I had major filler mustache. When I went back to get the lump addressed, they said give it more time. Um ok... two weeks later I came in describing how my lips look weird af. The nurse practitioner (idk her name but I really don't like her) was condescending and both times said my lips looked great. Umm no, they didn't. But they finally dissolved some of it but get this- the N.P had a TRAINEE who obviously didn't know what she was doing inject Hylenex in one side of my bottom lip- probably for practice?? After she knew how many times I came back to say they weren't looking right? Not to mention they advertise Lipodissolve which is not FDA approved or even legal to administer in the U.S. Hahaha and one of the aestheticians really tried telling me never to get Juevderm ultra in my lips. Wouldn't put it in my forehead. Told her I only had light lines there I touch up. She said she will only put 4 units there or I could find another injector. Went in for my 1st visit . Told them I had a Allē gift card and points (which their website said they participated in) and I usually only get 25 units. They tried talking me out of using the GC and points and go with another brand of Botox. They ended up injecting me with 55 units (never told me they were putting that much in) and charged me $400. Which if I agreed to the 55 units, I'd have no problem paying. Wasn't impressed at all and in another week if I don't see results from the 55 units they snuck in, I'll definitely be going back ! Ohhhh, and they won't do your forehead on your 1st visit ! So basically I'll have a wrinkly for head still. Definitely DON'T recommend!!! I popped my head out of the room and one of the girls said the injector would be right with me. The consultant recommended 55 units, asked me if I think I look "angry and tired" all the time, and when I told her that since it was my first visit, I would prefer a more conservative approach, she refused to do less than five units per location. My dermatologist only does two units per location. This is not a safe place, there is something strange going on here. After looking at them further, another one of their clinics in Michigan was raided by the FBI for giving bogus COVID treatments a couple of years ago. Stay away.
