My sister has been wanting lip fillers for a while and we did some research, coming across Allure Medical. They are located entirely on the third floor of the building. The lobby is spacious, with plenty of seating, a coffee bar area, a large fish tank and a wall full of awards and plaques. We didn't make an appointment, or call ahead - we simply walked in and were immediately greeted by staff. My sister explained what she wanted and they were able to squeeze her into an appointment right then and there, which was great. Once we checked in, we sat down in the lobby and a few minutes later were called to walk back to one of their treatment rooms. We then waited for someone to come in to start the process, which included asking questions about various fillers, the process, the lip club package and get her before photographs taken... this process took about 15 minutes total, and varies per consultation based on the questions you have. Next, the provider came in and went into depth answering questions about how long the filler lasts and what to expect, which all questions were thoroughly answered. My sister had the option to get them done right then and there but opted to schedule an appointment a little further out in Spring to be summer ready. I had a breast Aug from Dr. Pittas about 2 years ago - long story short this clinic should be shut down. I'm currently trying to get in contact with my surgeon due to an issue in my right implant and it's been taking all week because of how piss poor this clinic truly is. This clinic DOES NOT care about you our your recovery. Read the reviews and take your money elsewhere. I have received services from Allure for about 5 years and I've noticed a huge shift in services over the past year or two prompting me to provide my cautionary review. The Botox/xeomin/tox has, in my experience, been noticeably less effective over the past few years, especially when the partnership with Alle went away. I've found that every appointment I would require more and more units while the effects would last 1-2 months maximum (I know my metabolism isn't THAT good). At Allure, the injector beings prefilled syringes into the rooms instead of mixing the vials in the spirit of efficiently. If you're naive to how the process should work, like I was, you don't realize best practice is for the injector to reconstitute the vial in front of the patient so they know exactly what they're receiving. This practice has made me skeptical of the reconstitution accuracy given how ineffective my injections have been over the past year or two. I have since sought out my injections elsewhere and have had half of the units injected with better, longer lasting results. They refused my botox treatment plan that they planned over the years because I didn't increase the dosage every single time. I was already spending hundreds every three months. It was less effective than when I started and they blamed it on my age, said I needed more expensive procedures. Turns out that they switch from Botox to Xeomin and didn't even tell me. When the last injector refused what I wanted and what I did the previous 2 times because I didn't purchase more, I walked out of the place. They didn't try to stop me or even explain their reasoning. They offer $8 a unit but the product is diluted. They only did between my brows and crows feet a few under the eye, very little treatment and said it was 60 units. I've had 60 units done in forehead, lower face and also around the eyes. I called another beauty spa and told them what happened and she said right off the bat - did you go to Allure? She knew before I told her. They are known for diluting their product and it doesn't work as well. I wish I had known. $480 later and they wanted me to come back in 2 weeks for another $480 (estimate) I'm sure it would have been more. I've been getting Botox injections in my dermatologist office for several years. I normally receive 25-30 units. When I saw that Allure was offering a special for $8 Botox units, I thought I would give them a try to save some money. Worst mistake ever!! I spent 20 minutes with the PA holding a mirror in front of my face pointing out every flaw and then offering me a $3600 treatment plan to "fix" my face. When I told her I was only interested in Botox, she rolled her eyes and said it would be 55 units. I asked her to do less and she flat out refused. I've had a hard year and I was really looking forward to a little forehead and eye refresh, instead I walked out the door in tears feeling scammed with my confidence in the toilet. Terrible! I went because of the campaign, saying $8 unit. I've been getting Botox for years and I've never seen a filled ready-made syringe anywhere! The real Botox bottle is always filled into the syringe in front of the patient and the bottle of the brand used is shown to the patient. I suspected they weren't using real Botox there, and I was charged $440 just for the middle of my forehead and eyebrow lift. There was no change in my face, nothing.! I went for my 2nd appointment on 6/01/2024 at 1.30pm 10 min earlier. The secretary took me into the room and I told her my complaint, and she admitted that there was no change in my face. He informed me that the expert would be coming in a few minutes and left. They made me wait in that little room for 30 minutes and I was so. I went out, there's no one there. I called out and we are just coming from a closed room, sorry I heard the sound? I went back to the room, waited and for 10 minutes again no one came...!! Exactly 40 minutes no one came!! I had another dr. appointment, and it was cancelled because I was late. They made a fool of me and made me wait for 40 minutes and I got very angry. The expert is someone named Stephanie, who is extremely disrespectful, sullen and the ready-made syringes she makes, and I guess Botox is a fake brand. As soon as I came out, I called customer service and explained everything, asking for my money refund. Customer service said you are very right, we apologize, I forward it to the manager immediately, we will refund your money, don't worry. Weeks have passed but no one called me and no refund was given?? Everything is a nightmare! If I could rate them with zero stars I would! My sister and I recently had Botox treatment at Allure Medical Spa and I must say we both are very disappointed with the results. Despite following all recommended pre- and post-treatment instructions, the outcome was far from what we expected. Firstly, we noticed that the injections seemed watered down, as the expected effects were minimal for over total 100 units for myself and 50 units for my sister. The both of us had hoped for a smoother appearance in the targeted areas, with no movement but instead, we barely saw any improvement. Matter of fact, we both had more wrinkles in areas we've never had before. After 2 weeks after the first treatment I went back for another round of Botox to fix my forehead, I still have wrinkles in places I've never had before and I still have full movement in my forehead. My forehead should be like glass with no movement for over 100 units of Botox accordingly to another aesthetician. It feels like we didn't get the treatment I paid for, which is incredibly frustrating because it cost $1000.00. Now I'm paying for the both of us again to get our foreheads fixed with another highly rated aesthetician. Overall, I would NOT!!! recommend Allure Medical Spa for Botox treatments based on my experience. Going to allure was one of the worst experiences of my life. I deeply regret ever making a consult there. I went to Allure for Fraxel treatments to treat my acne scars. I had done some research so I felt prepared. Domme came in and incorrectly started getting me ready to have the procedure. I explained it was just a consult and asked her who was doing the procedure. She returned with Danielle. Naturally, I assumed Danielle was the laser technician. (Spoiler alert: She wasn't. By the time I found that out, my face had been injected with so much filler and numbing solution that I could barely talk, let alone interview her.) Danielle, Dr. Mok, Lauren and Domme repeatedly lied to me about the downtime. I told them that everything I had read said that the fraxel 1550 for acne scars had 5-7 days downtime. They said no, it was one day. I didn't see how that could be possible so I asked upwards of ten different times. (Really wish I would have listened to my gut here). In retrospect, it should have been a huge red flag that all four of them had no other patients, so they were all in my room talking at me at once. I'm so disappointed in myself that I let them pressure me into paying them to make every single thing I was trying to make better worse, but we're taught not to question people with "credentials". Danielle used filler in my scars that's not approved for acne scars so If I want to keep the results I'll have to do it every few months, despite telling me that it's permanent and will never have to be redone. Dr. Mok used a dermal punch to remove my lip piercing holes. He said that they would turn red and heal up leaving a much smaller scar. They've never turned red, they're not healing. All he did was make the surface holes bigger. Literally the opposite of what I wanted and he told me would happen. It was criminal that Liza performed my fraxel with no previous experience and absolutely no knowledge of the aftercare procedure. My face swelled so much I could hardly see. I broke out and scarred badly around my chin so now I have to treat hyperpigmentation and undo the damage she caused. I did research on the aftercare an experienced technician would have done and all of my problems could have easily been avoided with a couple prescriptions and icing my face immediately following the procedure. It's the not the money I care about, it's the time. They set me back months, if not years in my skin care journey. I have been regularly getting Botox for the past four years and decided to go to Allure due to the low intro price of $8/unit. The fact that there were no reviews on the actual location I went to on Google should've been a sign. The MA was nice that checked me in and then a PA came in. She said ok, I want you to hold up that mirror, and look at your face. Do you look sad? Angry? Mad? Tired? Just started listing adjectives and I was like yes I look tired. She said so what we do here is we can give you a little eyebrow lift to make you look more awake. I said, "I'd just like to get units in my forehead and under my eyes, as this is what I always do." She responded Botox in a forehead makes your brow look lower, which is why you look tired. I said, no it's genetic. She talked to me 8x about lifting my eyebrows, I said I really just want to freeze my forehead. She replied, we would never do that on our first visit but could for the new patient follow up in 2 weeks. What a joke. 33 units in the 11's where I don't have wrinkles is SUCH a waste. The room itself was pretty bland looking, there was a book sitting on the chair so I could see their "success stories." Needless to say I said I wasn't interested, and best of luck. The amount of money I have spent to have no, if not worse results is insulting. The pretty eyes: my eyelids droop more. I don't see the filler, I assume they either inject saline solution or water it down. the Botox injections resulted in my face becoming asymmetrical. when I brought it up, they said oh it's no problem it's Botox so it won't last forever and it should return to normal in 3 to 4 months. Meanwhile, my face is lopsided for 3 to 4 months as if they themselves wouldn't have a huge problem with that, especially given the amount of money that it was spent, and that they haven't refunded me any of the money that I've spent thus . They've attempted to fix it yet. My face keeps looking worse, and I have yet to receive any money back. Documentation doesn't match what was done, which is fraud. It's possible I could also currently have a nerve injury. I have called to try to find a solution and nobody is taking my problem seriously. The lip club feels like a scam because I've had lip injections before and in one syringe I was able to achieve more volume than I have with this lip club nonsense that keeps making you pay more and more money for what I assume they're injecting just normal saline into your lip. every time I go, I end up bruised and lopsided. When I asked to have my forehead lines treated, she said that the way they do it is to treat the 11 lines and that those units would spread to the forehead. She did 55 units in my brow line and by my eyes (which I didn't ask for) and before I knew it, I was paying $440. Two weeks later, my forehead lines were not treated AT ALL. I went back and was told that I had to pay again to have my forehead treated. The whole time they were trying to sell me all kinds of packages and services and products that I never asked for. i had varicose vein treatment when I was in my late 20s (after just delivering my third child). the treatment was long, hard, painful at times, but the doc and staff were with me every step of the way. a year later, I no longer had old lady legs, at the ripe age of 30!
