Not only is Tammy talented when it comes to free hand designs and bringing your ideas to life, but she is one of the sweetest people I know. I see the negative reviews when it comes to complaints of lack of staff and waiting at times but its been difficult times for many business owners. Would give this place 0 stars if I could! I stopped by here while passing through for a pedicure. The polish color was supposed to be a bright bubble gum pink and it looks clear! They water their polish down so much that I noticed people had brought in their own polish!! Wish I could give 0 stars. Used to be my go to place (the other lady besides the manager and the pedicure guy is very nice) but lately every job I've had done there is sloppy, bulky, and not worth the price. These are my nails 2 days after spending $35 on them... uneven paint job, clunky, falling off, cuticles scabbed, just a mess altogether. Even told the manager lady who was doing my nails that she was missing spots only to be told it's just "sparkle." Huh?? Management is completely unhelpful. Been trying to get my money back for a month and a half now. Do NOT go here, it's a waste of time. read more

Tammy has a nasty attitude. Her technique for nail styles are outdated. She never has help because of her attitude so she keeps telling you to come back only for you not to be seen. I like up to date styles go to Angela's on 61st in Broadway and ask for Tina she's nice and will give you whAt you ask for. Tammy shouldn't be in business with an attitude such as hers she starts off nice but will ignore you when you talk to her and speaks unkind I wouldn't give her another dime of mine. I needed a pedicure, I went here because my niece frequently goes here. Sometimes !y sister does also, but not as much as her daughter. My niece went to specifically see Tammy, I guess I should have waited for her also. The young man who did my pedicure rushed thorough and did a less than mediocre job. He didn't even remove all the dead skin or calluses from my feet. The paint job is just ok, he did thank me for waiting but I wish I wouldn't have. For $25 I really expect and better pedicure, I go to a place in Illinois that only charges $15 during the week and $20 on weekends. I also tipped him and he did a shabby job! This place is so unprofessional. They have teenagers doing your pedi and they rush the process. The owner I assume is so rude she'll have you sitting in the water for hours just so you don't leave and than tell you to come back tomorrow for your full set to be done. This is very distasteful. I went in today for just a regular French tip pedicure. I know Tammy and have been there before. Usually there's more people working and I can get a decent pedicure. It's gone down in service more and more every time I'm in. This time there was only one woman besides the owner Tammy working. Luckily, I got there before a rush of people came behind me. But then, the older woman began to rush. She cut my cuticle badly and kept wiping it with a dirty towel without saying anything until I began to flinch and say it hurt. It was leaking and she said sorry she didn't notice she cut me but I know she did. She was using glue that burn to try and stop the bleeding. I'm pretty she was using dirty tools as well because she jumped from the woman before me straight to me. She didn't rub me at all. Once she was done she put some kind of "medicine" white cream on my cut that was still bleeding. I had white no chip from a different shop and she charged me $5 extra just to literally pull it off with a tool. I've never seen a shop do it like that. She went to charge my card at the end and me being nice I decided whatever, I'll pay and just not return. She said $35 I said fine. Then when it was time for me to sign she said she meant to charge $40 and I can just put the extra on the tip line, as she stood over my shoulder to watch me write it. So I put just that, the $5, no tip. And she said wow okay and walked away. I don't ever leave reviews, but I am just in case I get an infection. Got a no-chip manicure and I noticed it wasn't done right bc the layers of nail polish were not enough and the guy didn't let me keep them in the UV light long enough. So the no-chip didn't even last a week without being chipped. And they also charge a lot to get the crap off my nails even though they did a crappy job and I got it done at their place. I got Athlete's foot after getting a pedicure there. I should have known when they brought out the tools and they were wrapped.

Place lies to you saying that they are using gel power and they are not the are using just regular acrylic power and charging for gel power ! I went to get a full set and the guy charged me for no chip nail polish and charged me for no chip but painted my nails with regular nail polish and put gel polish over it saying it the the same ! Which it's not I got home within the hour my polish had chip ! I'll never to this place again it sucked they don't even deserve a one star !!!!!!! read more

I will never recommend this place to no one. I received a no chip manicure from this business after a week my nails was very tacky. The paint was cracking and the overlay was peeling. I went in the business to speak to the manager about problem. She said she would charge me $20 to do it over after I paid them $35 the a week ago. I asked if she could just soak them off. She wanted to charge me $5. I was on the phone with my sister to explain what was going on then the owner said you would not sit in front of me and complain. She started yelling at me like I was a kid. I told her I was not yelling at her so she needed to stop. Then her daughter jumps in by using foul language and yelling at me. Telling me to get out this is a family business and she will call the police. I told her I was not talking to her at all. The mother said I do not want to do your nails because you have made me upset. I told her I'm a paying customer and this is how you treat your customers. She never told her daughter to stop or be quite. I will never go back. I'm reporting them to the "BBB". Please do not give your business to these people. I have never been treated this bad by any business owner. The other thing that bother me is that I have been going to this business for a while and the owner knows me, but this is how she treat someone, because of their mistake.
