New to the area, have patronize this place to have my nails done a few times. I received a no chip pedicure one day, so I thought. I realized later that they used regular nail polish because it could be removed with nail polish remover. I called to receive a resolution and was pretty much told to bad. I'm appalled at the customer service of these people. Beware clearly they are getting over on people. And charging for no chip when it's in fact, it's regular nail polish. read more

I went to have a pedicure for my birthday today. I was the only customer there so I asked if I could soak for a minute. I was told no. I said I've never into a salon that didn't allow you to soak for a few minutes before the start of the services. They owner said no and if I didn't like it to polish my feet at home. I am here right now and they do not resteralize there utinsels I was getting the bottom of my feet done to remove dead skin and they grabbed a scraper that had been sitting there and had been used on other clients. I asked for one that was fresh I was told by 3 different employees they only have one which is completely unsanitary. After that the girl did a horrible job on my feet she did not clean my Callus area good nor did I receive the hot towel or the exfoliating foot scrub I'm paying for the young lady clipped the skin around my big toe nail to the point it was bleeding and I didn't even receive a discount for that... I have to say, that I went here after reading a bad review, and I am quite happy with my results. I went here two days before Christmas to get a no chip manicure and I sit here typing this one month later, nails still intact. I have had many manicures over the years, and this may be the most impressed I have ever been by the results. so i went to this nail salon waiting 30min to get a full set and a pedi after i was done i was pleased with my nails but a few days later the nail popped off being very up set i went back to get them fixed they told me it was $27 to fix my pinky and to touch up the other nails. when i asked why so much they told me " baby you have to pay you have coffin shapped nails " you didnt have to reshape them all you did was smooth out and paint ... now i dont have a problem paying but not almost $30 and you want a tip.
