So, I got ombre brows done yesterday--and wow, I have a lot of thoughts already! First, the appointment itself went smoother than I expected. My artist was super professional and walked me through everything: shape, color, what to expect during healing, and how it would fade over time. She numbed the area really well, so while I could feel a bit of pressure and scratching, it wasn't painful--just a little weird at times. Right now (day 1), my brows look dark. Like, way darker than I expected. She warned me about this, though, so I'm trying not to panic. They'll lighten by 30-40% as they heal, which I'm holding onto because right now they're bold. The shape is flawless and super symmetrical--something I could never get right. So far, so good. I'm in that phase of "they look intense, but I trust the process." Once they settle, I can already tell how much time I'll save not having to fill them in every day. I'll update again after the scabbing/flaking phase, but I'm excited and just trying to be patient. I had a wonderful experience getting my lashes! There was music playing which was a vibe, comforrtable setting where you just lay back and relax. Lauren took the time to listen to want I wanted and delivered. there wasn't any strong fumes nor burning to my eyes! she was gentle during the whole process.
