AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!! Let me start by saying that I NEVER leave reviews however this experience compelled me to do so... I arrived and requested a manicure and pedicure and this is what I received. My hands and feet were left in such a state that I was truly confused when we were finished; it left me asking "Are we done?" . Just as you see my feet and hands were left with dust/residue from the clippings and filing, lotion/moisturizer was added without them being washed off (imagine having someone cutting your nails and cuticles, and once they are done instead of them washing your hands or sending you to a sink to do it yourself they put some lotion on you over all the residue and send you to the register to checkout). My nails were left completely uneven and the job was so unprofessional that it was almost comical. As you can see they didn't even bother to clean my feet or at least blow off the residue from where they cut or filed my nails. Super friendly staff and owners, me and my 2 daughters were the only customers for most of the 3 hours we were there. We all received pedicures and powder dipped nails, staff helped us decide best nail options for our different nail situations. 2 nail booth stations, 5 adult pedicure stations and 1 child's pedicure station complete with tablet filled with kid safe apps. Very relaxing, we did not feel not rushed or crowded we had great conversations with owners, their son so sweet and well mannered. I got the spa pedicure and I'm pretty disappointed. The man doing my nails was very nice, and I appreciated that he stopped to ask me if I liked the color and got me a new one when I said I didn't. Part of the whole pedicure experience is the foot massage. It's arguably THE BEST PART of the pedicure. I did get some sort of scrub something or the other massaged into my legs, but my feet were never touched. Take a look at the picture. You can clearly see that not a drop of lotion touched my foot. There's no reason why after a pedicure my foot should still look like this. Yes, it was taken in the parking lot immediately after leaving. I mean, I could've painted my toes at home, not gotten a foot massage, still had crackly, ashy, feet and saved $30. The paint job was okay but it's not enough to make me return. read more

First of All, I want to thank you Yelpers! Before I go to any nail salon, or anywhere really. I look here first! I tried it out around 8 months ago. Paul and Angel (the owners) have been doing my nails ever since. Save for a time or two I couldnt make it out to Fleming Island. I am all about hospitality and feeling great and welcome in business establishments. I am really into nail art and fancy nails, deep smile lines, stilettos and glitter acrylic, I'm talking swarovski crystals and sculpted nails, I don't get that vibe here. So I stick with a fill and gel polish. But the service keeps me coming back. Paul is the only nail tech I know of who will fix any issue with your nails . If i think my nail is filed crooked, or I want a deeper smile line on my french manicure. He always fixes it. I have been conditioned through the years to say "sorry" because sometime nail techs catch an attitude if you make any comment on their work. Not happening here, he even says to me , "If you don't tell me, I can't fix it. I want my customers to leave happy, and come back." That is awesome ! For while he started having a helper do my nails but I was unhappy with his skill, so I let Paul know and he said from now on only he, or his wife will do my nails. Reasonably priced and a variety of options on how much of a pedicure you want, starting at $23 on up. The chairs are the deluxe massage ones, ery relaxing. I drove from a little farther away to try out this salon as the salons close to me do not have the best reviews. Not disappointed with my visit! I was relieved they were able to take us, as we got there and they really are by appointment only. Fortunately they had openings 20 minutes after we got there. They obviously are struggling with their location to get enough business to justify staff to handle walk ins, we were there on a Saturday morning and only 3 people were there working. All were excellent and friendly. They offered us drinks and snacks during our pedis. They no longer have the ipads for each chair mentioned by another Yelp user. Not a big deal, not something I care about, but just a FYI. The only reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 is because I like being able to be a walk in. I dont always have enough time to plan a salon visit, t is more of a "sweet I can do it!" Type thing for me. Their location is only a few minutes away from the main hustle and bustle of Fleming Island, but you can tell the strip mall they are in sees a high rste.of turn over as it is off the beaten path. read more

I had a mani-pedi with my daughter, my son and my niece. We had an appointment and they took care of us as soon as we walked in. They were very safe, wearing masks, keeping distance, having barriers between us and cleaning every time we left a station. They took their time with all of us and helped match my gel color for my hands with my regular nail polish for my toes. They did a great job with both my hands and feet. They were very sweet when we said that it was my son's first mani -pedi (at 14 y/o), and were joking with him. I also had my eyebrows done and I was pleased with that as well. They even have liners in the pedicure tubs so that the water is sanitary for your use. The staff is friendly and the wait time has never exceeded 10 minutes on a walk in basis. In the 25 years I've been getting mani's and pedi's, I've never come across a team that hits it out of the park like this group. WOW. From start to finish I had a content little grin on my face. The massage chairs come with an IPad attached loaded with games, Netflix, Sling, News, etc. (nice touch!). There are four pedi levels - I chose the 2nd one. Anywhere else what I received would have been the expensive super duper deluxe with about 30 seconds of sea salt scrubbing - but not here, this was better than the $60 pedi you might find at a full service spa!! Next I tried my first gel polish. My tech was meticulous and made sure I approved of each coat. Have I mentioned the relaxing leg, foot, and hand massages? What a treat! Finally, a brow wax on a comfy, ergonomically curved table. WITH a mini temple massage. THIS is my new place when I'm in Fleming Island!! read more

I had planned on getting a mani/pedi before going on vacation and choose this salon based on all of the great reviews. I figured it would be worth driving over an hour out of my way to get my nails done correctly. Pros: - I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door - It wasn't that busy, so I was taken right away - They asked if I wanted something to drink Cons: - The person doing my nails, who I'm assuming is the owner, kept answering the phone. Now, I understand they're running a business, part of that is answering the phone. However, it was non-stop! Call after call. The earpiece wasn't working, so he had to stop what he was doing to try to get it to work or just answer the phone. There were employees in there that didn't have any customers, why couldn't they answer the phone? - The job was rushed. Because all of these people were now calling to come in, he was trying to get done as fast as possible. I wouldn't mind the rushing if the job was done well. Two coats were applied in haste and then, between answering phone calls, I was asked if the painting was satisfactory. No! You could clearly see through the paint and see portions of my nail. Is he not the expert? He couldn't see that? I pointed it out and he applied another coat of polish. Think it got better? Unfortunately, not. The third coat was applied to only some of my nail. At this point, I just wanted to get out of there, so I said it was fine. - The polish on my hands lasted 2 days before it started peeling and chipping where there were only two coats. - Not that I needed it, but there were no IPads on the chairs. As a matter of fact, the IPad stand on my chair was broken. I'm not opposed to giving them another chance, but I just don't think it's worth my time. read more

I really enjoyed my first visit to this nail salon today. I was welcomed warmly as soon as I walked in the door, I called to schedule an appointment two hours ahead of time for a pedi and they fit me in no problem. After picking a nail color I was directed to a comfy massage pedicure chair and took a quick look around the place. It was clean clean clean. I also liked that the place didn't wreak of heavy fumes like a lot of other nail salons. My nail technician was a polite and quite man with a gentle but firm touch, his massage was out of this world. For $39 I received soaking, scraping, exfoliating citrus scrub, a detox masque, hot towel, hot stone massage, AND paraffin dip treatment along with the usual clipping and cleaning under nails and polish base and top coat. What really set this place apart was the personal iPad and headphones you receive and Netflix access. I added photos so you can get the picture. I live off blanding and chose to drive out to this place in Fleming island because of the previous reviews I read, and it was worth it, I will be back. read more
