Eric King came by to give me an estimate, and talked over my options, and added a few suggestions (at their own expense) to be added. He also gave me three or four local roofs he installed and I had a look first hand at how they turned out. On the install date, still skeptical, I was expecting the worse. By 7:05am, I was already completely overwhelmed by the total and complete professionalism from every single member of the crew. The entire crew worked together as a well oiled machine. It became very frustrating because I couldn't rely on him to keep scheduled appointments. I paid for slate roof repairs, but the roof still leaks, and slates have continued to fall off after the work was completed. The issues I hired him to fix remain unresolved.
