What I was looking for at lunch was somewhere that would make me feel welcome and give off a cozy feeling. My sister had gotten several birthday cakes from Ally which the whole family had loved, so the bar was pretty high. The restaurant is located on the way to Walker's Bluff Casino and is in the General Store. This is a bit off the beaten path, but well worth the trip. The inside of the restaurant is large and there is ample seating even for large groups. Given she started with a Bake Shop, it should be no surprise that there is a host of delicious baked good to choose from. My two kids settled on the cakepops, but there were also cookies, cupcakes and other items to pick from. For entrees you could choose from a good selection of sandwiches, salads, and soups. Everything we got was fantastic, and the portions were large. You could get fountain drinks and they also had a great selection of coffees. Overall I really enjoyed going to Ally's Bake Shop. It was a great choice by my sister, and I will be coming back again in the future.

The sandwich was stacked with ingredients and he said it was delicious. The jalapeño cheddar bites are served with ranch, and they were also good. For dessert we each ordered a cookie. He enjoyed the stuffed red velvet while I had a chocolate chip cookie sandwich. The service was quick. The food was good. The desserts were very good.
