I think they forgot the cheese sauce. Or they just barely put any on. I didn't see it taste it. But they were still good and the veggies were very delicious too. I had some left over and mixed them with my eggs the next morning. The second, and most recent time I was here, they had a chicken pecorino with rice and veggies. The chicken was absolute perfection. Perfectly crispy and moist inside. It was easily cut with the plastic knife I had. The rice was just over the line or too salty but when mixed with the chicken and veggies it all worked. It was a delicious meal. The food comes out pretty quickly, especially if you get the special since it's sitting up front on the line. I don't live nearby so don't get to come here as often as I'd like but I definitely want to try more of their specials. So much of what they post looks amazing. Me and my friends had to walk off after that without any cookies, please mark your stuff or don't mark anything at all... it's harmful.
