I'd asked several pre appointment questions over the course of several days, and they were understanding as well as informative. They even made accommodations upon request because I was worried about my brittle hair. He has magnificently handled my hair from it being midway down my back to it's current slightly shorter than pixie. In this case, it was Jenn. The first request was met with "Jenn is all booked up for the holidays, you can book with x, y or z." Because it was a busy time of year I understood. After randomly discovering my current hair stylist Krista at a different salon in High Point, I've been following her around ever since as she has moved salons a few times. It seems that she has finally found her home in Indi Root Hair Co! I must say I'm a big fan of the new location! It's very clean, bright and decorated in such a cute way. Although it's a little smaller than their last location, I appreciate that I don't have to go up and down creaky stairs to get my hair washed. Krista is super personable and easy to work with. I'm a bad client because I never put much thought into what I would like done with my hair ahead of time; however, Krista always helps guide me towards something that I end up loving! Most recently I decided to tone my hair to a darker shade for the winter. Krista helped me find a color that she thought would compliment my skin tone well, and I think she did a great job! I definitely received tons of compliments! In addition she trimmed up my ends and gave me some nice face framing strands in the front. I would also like to give an honorable mention to Krista's magic fingers! She gives a great scalp massage if you do a wash with your cut. Krista also offers yummy beverages to enjoy while you get your services done. She convinced me to try one of her chai latte K-cups which was good and seasonally appropriate. I only drank about half because I had a late appointment at 6pm and didn't want to be up all night. With a cut, color, wash and blow dry it only cost $160, which I find to be pretty reasonable.
