During my most recent phone call, I was consistently talked over, my concerns were ignored, and I was met with dismissiveness rather than support. When I politely asked the male receptionist to speak with a manager, he instead transferred me to another staff member. That associate raised her voice at me, repeated the same unhelpful information, and made no effort to address my concern. I was told management was unavailable, which felt like a brush-off. No patient deserves to be treated with such hostility or disregard--especially when simply trying to get clarity or help. While I had respect for Dr. Ongangi's medical care, the toxic front office culture reflects poorly on the practice as a whole. I hope the management takes serious steps to improve how patients are treated. Until then, I cannot recommend this practice.

The entire staff was incredibly kind from the front desk, to the nurse, to the PA. They were thorough and very helpful. All in all a wonderful experience when you're already not feeling your best. I also found out if you do not use your insurance/if you go out of network with them, it is a $205 flat rate but that includes any tests they run there at the office, medicine they provide you there, and any examinations there as well.
