The whole entire process was simple and quick and I got the care that I needed. Dr. Griffin was very personable and quick to listen to symptoms and quick to diagnose and come up with a game plan. I definitely felt like I was in good hands. He's down to earth and gives quality care. They don't take insurance but the pay is very reasonable. Also he tries to prescribe generic more affordable medications if possible. I will definitely be coming here for my health needs. Very impressed!!

He gave me 2.. 90 day scripts that I had been on for years...that was 3 months ago...I called for a refill for 90 days...last week and I still have not heard back from his front staff and he still has no sent my RX in....I finally called the staff to see what the issue was and I was told I would need to see him to get a refill, I was just there 3 months ago...no one bothers to call me when I made the request....what is it with Dr's. staff and Dr's now days. My PCP that retired was wonderful...saw me once a year gave me a years worth of my usual meds. When I called for t hi staff would get him to fill it the same day! So tired of people's work ethics these days. I'm in my 60's and have my own my own business and if I ran it like this...I would be out of business...Where doe one find a GREAT doctor these days...

There was however a young lady who checked me in and she was friendly and did her job but the other lady sitting next to her was rude and is clear that she doesn't care about providing a professional service. This has always been the case since my very first appointment. Because I love this clinic and trust Dr. Hammonds and his staff explicitly, I pay out of pocket for my visits. Now that Dr Hammonds has retired from practice, I see Dr. Rangineni for my care and I'm thrilled that the quality of care I receive hasn't changed! Staff is always friendly, and I've gotten to know this awesome group of people very well ! I'm always able to make an appointment within a couple of days of calling, and have never been in the waiting room longer than 5 or 6 minutes before my name is called! When you have a connection with your doctor and nurses, it can make all the difference in your healthcare... Dr. Rangineni obviously shares Dr. Hammonds' philosophy regarding patient care, and I will continue to see Dr. Rangineni for all of my medical needs. The transition between doctors was seamless & easy, with quality of care uninterrupted. I have personally referred no less than 14 patients to this office and hopefully countless more with my many reviews over the years. The proof is in patient satisfaction and loyalty...so If you want personalized, quality care from knowledgeable physicians (and a staff dedicated to excellent service!) look no further! Per my insurance company, it is on the same tab in Availity - Providers- TriWest; when you submit the referrals (as the provider). Only a referral was made and PT requires both. So now it still needs to be submitted but now they are saying my PCP needs to. This was the same way in east region (now west for Texas) so I don't know why this is like a new thing to them with authorizations. They worked me into rehab in the meantime which is nice; when I called they wouldn't do that without charging me per visit out of pocket. I saw a different GP in Southlake before coming to see Dr Sharif and it's because of this other doctor that I know I'm lucky that Dr Sharif is on my side. The other doctor didn't care at all what happened to me during one of the most stressful times in my life. The other doctor didn't want the complicated patients. But Dr Sharif doesn't seem to shy away from patients that may be hurting both physically and mentally. Anyway, Dr Sharif is by far the best GP/Internist I've found in the area. When my 84 year old mother and I came back with my mother having to stop several times because of dizzy spells, we arrived a mere 10 minutes late and was told they cancelled our appointment. They refused to show us the same courtesy we showed them when we waited 2-3 hours waiting on them. They refused to work her in or acknowledge our time. Their time is more important than their patients time and needs. Definitely not a way to run a practice and definitely not worth more of my time.

I had one doctor prior to Lipenko for my MS, and I have really noticed a difference. Doctor Lipenko educated me on a bunch more topics than my old Neurologist ever mentioned. He took the time to consult me on how I wanted to approach treatment, as opposed to just writing a prescription and getting me out of the office. His staff is wonderful. I feel 100% comfortable with this practice.
