Good ol' Frank charged two entire dollars to fill one tire. Like, where do they do that at???? Come to find out...they don't even read where your tire is supposed to be before pumping it up like a balloon. Like, there's literally a number we all know our tires are supposed to be at...aaaand if you don't know, mechanics and tire shops CERTAINLY do. My sister drove off and noticed that they filled up the tire to 56 psi!!! The tire is supposed to be 32 psi. She drove back to see if they could deflate it and they were closed. Whaaaat?? This is extremely negligible and irresponsible for a business owner. Appalling. There are so many destructive variables and outcomes for the lives of my sister and my 1 year old niece. This is something serious that you don't play around with and I thank God that they're still alive. Don't play with people's lives like this. EVER. Especially with certain (most) roads in HOUSTON, one wrong turn or one bumpy road could have been an extremely repentable situation...not to mention a lawsuit. Learn from this. We'll have Grace this time, but learn from this. The next person may not be so merciful.

They did a great job, and provided quality tires and professional service. At the time of the tire install, they informed me about needing new a lower control arm ball joint. I was already scheduled to take the truck to the dealership on Monday for an oil change, but instead of adding it to the list for the dealership, I entrusted the 610 team to do the job! Fast forward to Monday, oil change went well but the dealership informed me I needed a new ball joint?!?! You can imagine my surprise. I reached out to 610 but initially I told the dealership to proceed. Thankfully, they needed a specific wheel lock in order to remove the tires. That delay allowed me more time for processing all the details. I took an uber to 610 to retrieve the specific wheel lock. They gladly gave me several locks (they weren't quite sure which one was needed). That, to me, is another example of how they're willing to go over and beyond the call of duty. They even gifted me with a wheel lock once the correct lock was identified. The more I examined the imagines sent by the dealership, the more I noticed the pics only showed excessive lube around the joints. Thankfully, bringing the key to them, delayed the process of them conducting the work and allowed me the opportunity to witness for myself the tires being secure and having NO play/free movement. Needless to say, the dealerships assessment was incorrect. The mechanic was very apologetic in his error. New ball joint replacement was NOT needed. All an all, Im extremely pleased with 610's professionalism and attention to details. 610 will forever be my first stop for any of my tire needs. Support local businesses!
