The great customer service remained onsistent during my visit at the shop as well. These guys are fast! While there were a few customers there at the same time as myself, their vehicles were serviced very quickly so I didn't have to wait long. Service was completed on my vehicle within 20 mins. I pulled up in the morning cause a screw in a tire was causing air to be quickly released and was immediately helped out by Victor. While patching the tire, they showed me that the tire had a previous plug and they don't recommend it because plugs can melt in the heat. We're in Houston so this can be a problem and went ahead and patched this as well. For both tire patches, I paid $35 which I would consider fair. The entire process took approximately 30 mins, they were quick and efficient. The owner, Pedro, who is bi-lingual (English/ Spanish), quoted at resonable price to replace three (3) tire pressure monitors for my SUV. I checked online the price of each monitor and the labor costs. He had them in stock. He got right into replacing the monitor which took about 45 minutes as promised. I have driven my SUV for about a month and have had no problems with the monitoring system. His work was methodical. Pedro was amicable and professional. So theres a huge communcation issue. Message them on yelp for a quote on an brake service. Asked them if they were open on the Weekend and the owner says yes. Told them ill swing by first thing when they opened. The day comes. I showed up and no one is at the shop. So the owner offered a discount I show back up after the weekend after work and guess what. The quote has changed a huge amount and excuse was oh I forgot to ask for the vin....GTFO wasting folks time. read more

I was told back home that the tire couldn't be taken off the frame. These guys got it off in 10 minutes. My guy patched me up and gave me some useful care info to take back. When I got the sensors, I headed to the shop. It's a small local business - there was no line at all - and I was immediately helped. I usually DREAD taking my vehicle for service because of the hours spent waiting for it to even get in the bay. 3 guys got to work on the tires, making the installation go by so fast! This place is some BS. They charge $20 to patch a tire and because I had a wheel lock lug nut and didn't bring the socket, they charged another $10. I also had a second nail in my tire and they only charged $5 to remove it. Anywhere else charges $10-$15 to patch a tire and has never charged me to use their socket. $35 for a tire patch is diabolical. read more

Came here in need of a tire swap out with my spare cause I had a flat tire, I asked before I drove in my flat how much and the old man with glasses told me 10$ then when I drove up he said no it's 30$! But he had to use a lock socket?!? Literally put my flat tire back on when I spoke up. Him and the younger guy both started yelling at us. Told me I needed new rotors and brake pads to stop the squealing noise, my rotors and pads are literally brand new. Took my car to another mechanic and all I needed was lubricant!!! I requested a quote to fix my slow-leak tire on Yelp and Pedro's tire shop was one of the shops that responded so I decided to check them out. I pulled up to the modest tire shop on a Sunday afternoon and was taken care of immediately. I spoke to a guy, not sure if he was Pedro or not but he seemed like he was in charge. He told me I could stay in my car if I wanted and that he'd have me on my way in no time. He did just that. I stayed in my car, blasting my music and A/C while my tire was being patched and in less than 15 mins I was outta there and on my way. Amazing service by Victor! I was having such an uneventful day with ALL 4 of my tires needing help. I ran into a construction zone damaging not only my tires but the rims too! It was late at night so I had to leave my car overnight at a parking lot only to come back with a boot in my car. After getting that taken care of, I'm so glad I came across this place because they come to you! I didn't have to tow my car which would have cost me even more. I highly recommend Pedro's Tire Shop!!! I had plans to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I walked out to my car and noticed I had a flat tire. My mom told me to call Pedro's Tire Shop, they wouldn't open until noon but that they could do it this afternoon. I called at 9:30 (on a Sunday when they did not open until 12!) By 10 AM Victor was on his way to help me!!! He quickly realized I had not 1 but 2 nails! He immediately offered to help me get to their Shop so him and Pedro could fix my tires!!!
