The first time it wasn't in the system, and the second time they told me that the bigger pieces had to dry, which I understood so I came in later that day. And finally, some of my art pieces came back looking either very saturated, slightly muggy looking, or kind of blurry. On another note, when I called them to complain and have my art redone, the person who I talked on the phone with told me that the one who originally printed my stuff should be the one I should talk to.
