My daughter had her 5th birthday party at our home and it was a Disney Princess theme. We requested to have Cinderella come and I was so happy to hear that Gwen comes too so she can support the characters/princesses and to coordinate the party activities. I was so pleasantly surprised when she told me she'll dress up as the fairy godmother upon request. So, of course, we asked her to dress up too. We had 8 girls and we chose the hour package with the girls getting their glitter makeup and nails done plus Cinderella would sing a few songs with them, play games and take photos with all the girls. Gwen reassured me to sit back and enjoy the party. It was so nice to have her coordinate everything while they were there and it allowed me to take it all in. I loved the grand entrance they made to meet all the girls and the special attention they gave to my daughter. At the end, they sang happy birthday and gave my daughter a sweet gift bag full of goodies. It was everything I hoped for! It's my new favorite decor feature when planning a special gathering and sure to be a showstopping photo-op for your guests. They can spell out just about anything with letters and numbers, and the order process is easy breezy. Kaylah has been wonderful to work with and clearly communicated the delivery & installations process, the measurements and necessary space, and required outlets. They also come prepared with plenty of extension cords if needed. These letters are massive (about 3 ft tall) and they also have the ability to to stack them which creates an installation standing 6 feet tall. The letters also pair perfectly with a balloon garland or plants if you feel like adding some extra pizazz! I'm already thinking about the next excuse I have to incorporate these letters into an event. With my husband's birthday around the corner, I'm sure he'd love seeing his age lit up in bright lights, right?! Haha, but seriously -- I can't say enough great things about Event-Lit. Never recieved a call the day before. I reach out to Life of the Party at 5pm to state my concerns saying they would reach out to him. Got back with me he would call me soon, he had a busy day. Still never recieved a phone call. Reached back out to Life of the Party the morning of to get his number and reached out to him directly. Called and texted with no answer and as the time got closer I kept calling and he started to decline my phone calls. I received my deposit back but this by far the most disappointing booking I have ever done. I ended up having to go to the birthday party and explain why we no longer had a surprise for the birthday girl.
