Reviews on yelp for this business are very negative ... several folks have mentioned poorly fitting dentures among other issues. Hopefully this has been addressed with the hiring of 'Tammy', a 14 year dental assistant who has fitted me for partials many times over the years. Perfect fit every time - thanks Tammy. We have used this practice for 2 of my younger kids. The first time was great, general check up,…read morex-rays, cleaning. They both needed dental work. After excessive "are you scared" questioning by the tech and staff the kids decided the dentist must have something to be scared of. Work needed to be done so we decided to go the route of sedation and scheduled that. Fast forward a few months and my daughter ends up with an abscess, risk of procedure, we get it. We called for the entire day and never got through or a call back, had to go to her PCP for treatment. The next day this office called us to schedule a visit a week later. We go in for the visit and get xrays, the tech this day was sweet, but did end up accidentally stabbing the xray plate into my daughters gum, she cried a little because it hurt but didn't get worked up. She was great through the visit, but they did not schedule the time for the extraction and questioned who would prescribe us antibiotics. They worked us in the next day for the extraction. They started in with the excessive "are you scared" questioning again (same dentist she saw the very first time) told her dad she was "very emotional and worked up the day before", remember the ouch with the xray? Had her on nitrous for about 10 minutes without monitoring, told her dad they "would have given us options for sedation at her appt the day before" (the only option given was the nitrous) then told us they don't recommend sedation more than 1 time in a year because it isn't safe. All the while my daughter is laying there on nitrous really confused why no work is being done. She is 9, even home now she has no idea why they didn't do anything today. While I appreciate the concern for her experience, we have to worry about the tooth abscessing again. They spent more time trying to convince her to be scared than treating her. So, if you need a fun place for a cleaning this is your spot. If you need any dental procedures done find a place with a team who won't encourage fear to avoid doing it.

Dr Austin looked at so much more than the spacing in my kiddos teeth. He looked at his jaw, his symmetry, his bite, his neck, and countless other things that might contribute to dental issues. We were astounded to see a panorama x-ray to see what teeth were coming in next, and how large they were. We now have a plan of action on how we're going to efficiently and effectively help my kiddos mouth and I'm very grateful for Dr. Austin and his expertise. Dr. Becker removed wisdom teeth for my two oldest sons, who 19 & 17. It was so much easier than I…read moreimagined. My 17 year old is not a fan of procedures and was pretty firm on not wanting to have his wisdom teeth removed. I requested a consultation for each of my sons so they could feel confident going into it. Dr. Becker was great. She didn't try to sell either of them on getting it done. She patiently listened to our concerns, answered all of our questions and presented the risks of both options: the risks of surgery, and the risks of leaving their wisdom teeth in place. She did not try to steer us in any direction, which made each of my sons feel comfortable. Both boys were scheduled back to back and everything went very smooth. Prior to the day of surgery, someone in the office went out of her way to follow up with my medical and dental insurances to ensure that we were able to maximize our coverage and reduce out of pocket costs. Dr. Becker and her staff were all very helpful and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them.

She came out almost in tears and I could tell right away something was wrong. She said the woman who cleaned her teeth was rough and the dentist who came in frightened her (her words were "she was like a mob boss"). The dentist didn't come out to let me know anything (if she did or didn't have any cavities, any additional preventative care needed, if my daughter needed to be doing anything different, if she had good dental health, etc..) which is what their previous dentist always did. When we got home she said it felt like there was cement on her teeth and I noticed some white stuff caked on. It seems like they overbook and I'm guessing they only do 1 cleaning at a time based on the waiting times I saw. On a positive note, the front desk people were very friendly.
