She came out almost in tears and I could tell right away something was wrong. She said the woman who cleaned her teeth was rough and the dentist who came in frightened her (her words were "she was like a mob boss"). The dentist didn't come out to let me know anything (if she did or didn't have any cavities, any additional preventative care needed, if my daughter needed to be doing anything different, if she had good dental health, etc..) which is what their previous dentist always did. When we got home she said it felt like there was cement on her teeth and I noticed some white stuff caked on. It seems like they overbook and I'm guessing they only do 1 cleaning at a time based on the waiting times I saw. On a positive note, the front desk people were very friendly.

A person knows when someone pulls out your tongue to look under it for cancer or lifts your lips back to check gums. She did neither but denied it and instead of offering to check it, she got all bent out of shape and offended. When options are available he informs me of all, offers his advice and allows me to do what is best for me. When I initially moved to the area, I needed to get either a bridge or implant for a couple back molars that had been extracted a year earlier. Dr. Olson went over some different options, gave me the pros/cons of each, and provided a very cost-effective option for me with no pressure to go with one option over the others. Since then, one of my kids needed to get an (orthodontic) expander, and another now has braces. My case number is 2331-AC06419 and I encourage you to look it up as it is public information. The judge agreed with me and I prevailed with a judgement against Randi Green. Background: Randi Green installed a crown in my mouth which she did not size correctly. It was bigger than my original, natural tooth. The now, larger crown crowded my mouth and rearranged the alignment of my bite. Randi Green refused to correct her error, she did not refer me to an orthodondist nor did she offer to correctly fix her mistake. She simply tried to sweep her shotty dentistry under the rug by refusing to take my calls and discontinuing my treatment. During the entire experience Randi Green's office staff were extremely rude to me and made me feel very uncomfortable. I was left to find a new dentist and orthodontist on my own. If you have been wronged by Randi Green you are not alone. I encourage you to fight for what is right and, if you stick with your cause, you can prevail, too. I had never had a dentist so concerned with my comfort level. Literally every few minutes he asks; are you okay? Making sure you are feeling no pain whatsoever. When it was time to get more work done I specifically asked for him. But found he no longer was helping out at that office. So I quickly scheduled an appointment at his office. Upon my arrival I was truly impressed by the safe who "ALL" where extremely professional, and polite. The front, and rooms were very clean with a mellow Fung Shui feel. I received my cleaning from Lori, and later my numbing shots. And I can swear to you I never even felt a pinch! They treat you with the upmost respect no matter your dental condition. Dr. Papagayo has even taken time out of his busy schedule to talk to me on the phone, and squeeze me in when I'm worried about something. Since bringing my son here and loving the place the Dentist's son has aged along with mine and they play sports out of the same place. I can add that this man truly cares about kids.
