I'm grateful that a doctor here biopsied it and was able to diagnose it. However, we have to drive two hours away to Baltimore. The Baltimore doctor treated the Bullous Pemphigoid but he would not acknowledge the side effects of the medication. Therefore, we are looking for a dermatologist closer. We cannot continue the four-hour round-trip to be medically ignored. I have written to District Dermatology, and I have phoned them. I have begged for help for my loved one. They will not even give me a referral to another doctor so my loved one can be seen sooner. I cannot figure out why the original dermatologist here, who diagnosed my loved one's bullous pemphigoi, cannot see them. This doctor even told me that she has seen patients with Bullous pemphigoid but my loved one was her first experience with this disease. She told me she treats them with Dupixent. All patients with Bullous pemphigoid have other health concerns. The aging immune system is the main cause of BP. There are also studies about the Covid vaccine causing BP. Personally, I think this practice should have been more involved in getting medical care for my loved one. My son found the derm at Hopkins in Baltimore. If you claim you cannot treat a patient because you think they have "co-morbidities" (even though they are highly functioning and working full-time) my opinion is that you should give referrals and contact them for us. That is only my opinion. That is why I am giving 3 stars to this practice.

The doctors here are astute and thorough. The quality of care is second to none. I highly recommend…read morethis practice.

I've been coming to this clinic for about two months now, and I only have positive things to say!…read more I had a horrible break out a few months ago, and the products my old dermatologist not only didn't help me, but left me with dry, even more acne prone skin!! I was mortified! But lo and behold, I found this clinic that must have been sent from the heavens, because after being tossed around from doctor to doctor, they're the only ones who have been able to clear my skin! One of the things to keep in mind is that because this clinic is mostly for cosmetic procedures, they do not accept insurance. I must admit, I was a little bit skeptical when they said they don't accept insurance, but I'm so glad I gave them a try or else I would've missed this gem. Every penny I paid had been worth it. I was assessed by Dr. Hayre (the dermatologist), and she prescribed me some topicals as well as an oral medication. She also recommended I do isolaz once a week, which I have been doing regularly. Ratana does my isolaz treatments each week, and she is fantastic! I always look forward to the appointments with her, she's so fun to talk to and is super gentle with the treatment and the extractions (which usually hurt so bad!!). I also have to thank them for being so accommodating toward me. My job is very hectic and sometimes I end up having to stay longer than expected, which makes it hard for me to make it to appointments on time sometimes. Every time this has happened the front desk has been nothing but patient and work hard to make sure that I can make it. They're amazing! Bottom line: if you want amazing skin, COME HERE!

But Id already made an appt., or so i'd thought. Was offered appointment on Wed. morning - pay $125 for consult, of which only $50 can go for a skin product or procedure; told maybe a procedure could even be done same day. Okay! ready for that with some questions. Showed up early to fill out paperwork and pay, credit card in hand, & had emailed them ahead (now they are claiming they notified me ahead of time that doc. was not in on Weds., but then then their internet was down yeah) only to be told doc. is never in on Wednesdays. Well, then why was i offered that appt. on Wed. morning? Total BS. Receptionist is having is conversation in back room in Spanish. Receptionist looks a lot like the on-line photo of the doc. Just say'n. Total BS. Something fishy going on. Hay, I'm in a business where clients are "no shows", so I totally get it, but do you really think I am confident in these people sticking needles into my face?

Dr. Rachidi was one of the few who were as close as I could find. Although the lack of reviews on Google caused me to be a bit hesitant, I trusted my gut along with all the other reviews on Zocdoc. I'm glad I trusted the reviews. The office wasn't hard to find and there was decent parking. The receptionist at the office was friendly and the office space inside itself was clean and big. Waited about ~15 minutes to be seen including time to complete my forms and speak to the assistant. Dr. Rachidi came in shortly after and asked what my concerns were. He addressed them very quickly and was informative. He gave me some options and was reassuring that everything I was worried about could be handled easily. He also asked if I needed any help with acne and offered solutions for those too. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience and would recommend Dr. Rachidi and his team at Elite Dermatology to anyone. So many of the other dermatologist office's I've visited in past years are either way too busy, don't have availability until much further out or are a pain to schedule with. Scheduling at Elite Dermatology was really easy with Zocdoc. Results remain to be seen, but I was able to have my concerns address and a solution was applied. Fair note: Dr. Rachidi does speak fairly quickly so just be prepared for that. Although he gives you plenty of time for questions and will repeat any missed information. He even gave me a follow up call a few hours after my appointment asking how I felt and asking if I had any other concerns or questions. Outstanding manners and patience.

I also appreciate how quickly they get me in and out the office every time. They work efficiently and respect their patients' time. The only downside to doing Accutane through this office is that they don't have a phlebotomist on site, so you have to go to Labcorp once a month (who are not efficient or respectful of patients' time). My previous dermatologist did bloodwork in house. If you are considering starting Accutane, you should take this into consideration as two different office visits makes the process even more of a pain than it already is. But that inconvenience is worth it for me considering how great the Forefront team is. Overall, I am very satisfied.

If you are escaping your family and want an excuse for 2 hours of alone time then yes, this is great! If your time is coveted and you have a full time job/responsibilities then literally avoid this place at all costs. I have been a patient here or a couple years and I have finally realized they will never change and its time to find a new practice. Update after response from business: I have emailed Niccole, sent in two forms for feedback and still nothing in response.

The hubs and I are extremely surprised at the higher reviews of Dr. Coyne and this practice…read more The appointment with Dr. Coyne was extremely rushed and very upsetting; with a new patient, you'd think that there would be time to discuss your history, skin concerns, etc., but there was no building of that patient-doctor relationship; there was 'no time' to ask any questions and to raise any concerns, absolutely no meaningful information given, and she provided just a a quick diagnosis without running any tests or conducting a deeper analysis. As suspected, the 'treatment plan' Dr. Coyne provided didn't even address or alleviate the issue - such a total waste of time and money. We could tell that this office only sees their 'patients' as a number, a part of an assembly line, with some type of an internal competition to see how many they can go through in a day. What a joke. Fortunately, we were able to find another dermatologist that provided a correct diagnosis while going above and beyond. You know, a doctor that actually knew what they were doing while showing that they care. P.S. The fact that the office was 'unable to verify' us as a patient shows how much of a mess this place is - again, if you're zipping through patients in that fashion, how really organized and detail-oriented can you be? Limited metered parking in the area. +rushed appointments +incorrect diagnosis +wrong treatment plan +avoid this office for any dermatological needs
