I have been going to see Hillary for laser hair removal. Hillary put me at ease right away and is one of the friendliest, most approachable health care professionals I have ever met. I have varying levels of pain tolerance (or intolerance), depending on the day, and Hillary works with me to find the right balance of pain tolerance and results. She is meticulous, conscientious and takes notes on what we have done, so I don't have to worry about keeping track of anything. Hillary never makes me feel ashamed that I'm not tougher (can I help it that my epidermis is sensitive?). In all seriousness, she is careful and knowledgeable and knows different skin types and keeps that in mind at all times. The office is beautiful, modern and clean. All of the staff members are professional and nice. They do a complimentary consultation in the beginning, so it's a no-pressure way to get your questions answered. I also love that the staff will tell you about their personal experience with whatever procedure you're considering. I also had one face tightening Pelleve session with Hillary. I did see results, but I didn't think I needed more (at this time). Hillary understood where I was coming from (because she is THAT approachable that I could just point blank tell her) and did not pressure me into doing more. When I want more cosmetic touching up (perhaps some Botox for wrinkles?) in the future, I will definitely have Hillary help me. She is a good-hearted AND outstanding clinician. After months on Groupon and researching where to get laser hair removal treatments, I finally settled on the Cosmetic Dermatology Center because they have a great deal on packages of 3 treatments. Although some deals on Groupon may be cheaper, I wanted to go to a clinic I knew I could trust because I did not want to risk ruining my skin. I had to go in for a consultation and meet with Dr. Hayre before my first treatment. She gave me a brief rundown of what the treatment would entail and made sure to address any questions I had. Upon first entering the clinic, it was so clean and beautiful inside. I definitely felt like I was in a luxurious spa. You have to go in on Wednesdays to take advantage of the discounted package, but luckily my work is flexible so it was never a problem to get in on a weekday. The location was super convenient since my office is on Greensboro Dr. There's ample parking and it's easy to get to. The laser treatments are super simple and short. Rosa was the technician who performed my treatments and she was super sweet and professional. She always made sure I was comfortable and happy with my treatments. She was also super helpful and understanding anytime I had to reschedule any of my appointments. I saw results right away and I couldn't be happier! I am a huge fan of the Cosmetic Dermatology Center! Not only did the team provide a spa like environment, they also maintained a refreshingly positive bed side manner in calming first time nerves. Ratana was especially helpful by explaining the filler process to me and put me at ease by answering my laundry list of questions. She even stayed in contact after the procedure to answer follow up concerns and give advice for after care. Dr Hayre has amazing energy and is a complete professional. This is my 2nd review-I have been going to Dr. Hayre for several years now. I was always very apprehensive about fillers and Botox and therefore conducted extensive research in order to be as informed as possible in my search for a dermatologist. I went to see Hillary, the physician assistant, for my first ever Botox. Hillary was absolutely incredible. She was approachable and down to earth and I never felt rushed. She spent time getting to know me and what my needs were. I love the results from my Botox and can't wait to come back for my filler. My friend got her lips and cheeks done with Hillary and I love how they turned out that I have to go get it done myself now!! I've had Botox with three different dermatologists and a plastic surgeon. By far Dr Hayre has the very best precision technique, careful about every detail. Her incisions are so carefully placed there is less pain, the procedure seems to last longer, and I feel that I look significantly better than when I have had Botox elsewhere. Dr Hayre has performed other procedures for me over the years. We discuss procedures she feels will benefit me in the short/long term and will tell me about the things she feels will not benefit me or I am not age ready for. I've seen Hillary, Dr Hayre's PA, and would highly recommend her! She is approachable, has fantastic bedside manner, and instantly puts you at ease. She started out by asking what my concerns were and made a few suggestions but wasn't pushy in any way. She was very detailed, taking the time to go over the pros and cons of each option and explained why she thought one option would work better for my skin type. I wanted to try out Botox but was afraid of going overboard and looking frozen or odd. Hillary did a more natural looking Botox and it went great! Everything from skin cancer screenings to a full host of treatments to help you look and feel your best. The staff is really friendly and very accommodating. I found this practice on Instagram for the Emsculpt treatment. I had heard great things about the Emsculpt treatment therefore I was excited to get started. When I first arrived at the practice, I couldn't believe how beautiful the practice was set up. Not to mention the wonderful staff and the doctor at the office!!
