I explained through a friend who had surgery and she kept pressing me for the patients name which I had to give in order to get information for a consult. (Never received information for an appt) The lady was so rude she kept pressing me for additional information on the patient until I asked to speak with someone else. She said no one was available now and I said I'd hold. She put me on hold and came back and said based on our conversation you would not be a good fit for our office and hung up on me! Based on photos of his prior patients, I found his work to be exactly what I was looking for and after our in-person meeting, I did feel comfortable to proceed. I had the procedure done in the beginning of October, the recovery process was much more intense than I had thought. A week after my procedure, I had a follow-up check up, after waking up at 4:00am and driving 3 hours, Dr. Magge did not meet with me, his assistant did. Had I known that would be the case, I would have done a video conference call. She said everything looked fine. After 3 weeks, I still had severe bruising and was swollen. I also noticed one of my eyes were droopy and it was the opposite eye of my eye that actually did droop all of my life. I called the office to ask if the healing process was normal and they said it was. When I mentioned it to the assistant, she had mentioned a "push-up" method but said Dr. Magge would let me know if I should try and he never did. Also, there is a scar of when he did the procedure, not on my eyelid but underneath. I have been using scar medication every day for 2 months to try and make it less visible. The scars are not horrible but def. noticeable. It's a 'light' noticable line scarring under the eyes. They were supposed to reach out after 3 months to see if extra fat graphing was needed or any revisions and have yet to hear back. They never reached out to see if i was okay or even satisfied w/ the work done AFTER I was fully healed. My eyelid healed with a funny shape. The pinch method only seem to work on one eye hence the drooping lower eyelid. I feel I need to wear eyelash extensions all the time so my eyes look even. I do believe in the future I will need a revision. I am disappointed, I had hoped this practice would have been what I had needed to assist with this issue that had bothered me for so long. I wished they had been more comforting and had followed-up. Unfortunately I do not recommend this practice for eyelid procedures. However Megan Love is awesome! She was super sweet, comforting and sincere.

I was skeptical, but he's the doctor, so I bought the Flosnase and did as told. Two days later my symptoms only got worse and I was SO uncomfortable. I went to a different ENT doctor who immediately diagnosed me with a double ear infection and said they were flabbergasted that Dr. Taylor was not able to diagnose me only two days prior, as my symptoms were extremely clear. I needed two rounds of prescription medication for my infections to clear 100%. What's worse? Dr. Taylor's office sent me a hefty bill (4 months later may I add) and when I called to dispute was slapped with attitude and no absolve. I'll have to dispute through the Attorney General now and I'm sure I'll be dragged through a long process, but it's quite serious when a doctor is practicing specialized medicine and not able to diagnose such a basic condition. I'll also add that the office was dirty and cluttered with stains on Dr Taylor's lab coat. I would be shocked if anyone decided this practice was trustworthy of facial plastic surgery let alone treating regular ear/nose/throat issues.

When visiting dermatologists in the past, I would often spend more time with the nurse than the actual doctor. Dr. Edwards entered the room, sat and listened to my acne life story from beginning to end. Her genuine concern and determination to provide a lasting solution was so comforting. The initial regimen she subscribed didn't provide the results she was satisfied with, so on the next few visits she tweaked the regimen until she was satisfied with the results. But the visits weren't all about her satisfaction! Dr. Edwards informed me that she was quite the perfectionist and told me to slow her down or say pause if it seemed like she was seeking perfection beyond my comfort zone. As months went by, my face totally cleared up. I've suffered with acne off and on since I was 15 years old and my face has NEVER looked this good. I've had a clear face before, but there would always be bumps under the surface. My complexion is as close to flawless as I've ever experienced. In my first visit, I was almost in tears due to the severity of my acne. I would cry myself to sleep each night and didn't want to leave the house during the day. My most recent visit to Dr. Edwards left both of us hugging each other and feeling relieved at how much my life had changed as a result of her efforts to clear my skin. I will pay any amount of money to continue seeing Dr. Edwards.
