So he could find out if there were any of that style in his size. Very good customer service, good selection of colorful and tasteful merchandise. Most shirts were in the $150+ range and the shoes were also in the $100-400 range.

It did help that was prom season so they were geared for kids his age. I brought my college age daughter with us as well since I know he respects her taste even tho he wouldn't say that. I was so happy that it wasn't difficult and it wasn't a fortune either! Now when you go in you scan the code on your phone so they have you in a queue and call your name when it is time. The only thing I didn't love was that on top of buying the suit, tie and shirt, you have to pay for the alterations. Some places they put the alteration cost into your fees. I was able to come back the following week to pick up the pants. We also needed to change out the color of the tie- which was't an issue. (We did have a credit from 4 years ago but they wouldn't accept it, which I wasn't that surprised).

When we came to pick up the suits, we had told them that we needed to pick them up at a certain time and CJ was mid consultation and we had to wait 20 minutes to pick up the suits, making us late for our wedding event. It seemed like he did not have any of our suit packages put together as it took him 10 minutes for each package per person and we kept noticing either a tie was missing, a shirt was missing, etc. Upon bringing up complaints to him after the fact, CJ had brushed off the issues saying that they were "strange" and that he had no idea what had happened. The communication was very poor and took several days often times to get a word back from him which led to concerns throughout the process. For the price tag which was much higher than other consults we had looked into, this service was not worth it and would recommend going to another suit/tux shop.

It resulted in that sloppy look because dress shirts must be tucked in! Now you have the option to wear a dress shirt untucked and it looks nice because the ends are finished and meant to be worn untucked. So many men like to untuck their shirts after a long day or would like to wear a dressy shirt without tucking it in. I didn't find that the store carries too many sizes and selections but you can go in and get fitted and then they can help you order the perfect fit online.

They had a clearance rack and some good discounts, but they didn't have anything dress wise that really appealed. However, while here I did check out their shoe department and their accessories department. I did wind up buying something I'd been looking for in their beauty department. It was fixed price so no discount, at all, but I saved another trip. This isn't really my kind of store, but you never know. I'm sure I'll check out their merchandise some time again in the future.

They told me to come in Wednesday.. When I finally received my items, the hemming was fine, but the rest of the service was inconsistent. The pants were poorly pressed, and when they were fixed on the spot, the other leg still needed to be done. I feel like I shouldn't have to inspect that close for what I'm paying. About 45 minutes of waiting. There was also disorganization with my belongings. The bag I brought my uniform in was misplaced and it took over 15 minutes for them to locate it. Why would I not want that back? On top of that, my pressed shirt came back with small indent marks all over it, meaning I'll have to have it re-done. Same with the pants. Also, Joel, said he would press my shirt for free, and when I asked about a military discount the cashier said "we pressed your shirt, that is the discount." When I asked for a receipt at the end of this awkward process, the cashier made even that uncomfortable. This is not a good place to bring a military uniform (AGSU), where attention to detail really matters.

She's knowledgeable, has a great eye, and is incredibly helpful. You can tell she truly loves what she does because she's always smiling. If you need men's clothing, ask for her...she picked out a suit for my husband that was absolutely perfect and only needed a little hemming. Now for Maika. She's been here for years, and for good reason. She tailored my son's clothes a few years ago and did a fabulous job. While measuring my husband's new suit, I mentioned that I had bought a dress online from Macy's that needed shortening. I showed her a picture, and she gave me a quote that was over $100 less than any tailor in town. I brought the dress in, she measured it, and said it would be ready in three weeks. Amazingly, it was finished within a week, and the dress fits like a dream. It's so beautiful that I can't wait to wear it to this wedding. Service like this is hard to come by these days. Recognition is absolutely deserved, and I hope this review makes their day the same way they made mine.

Everyone was able to fit properly with minimal alterations except for me. Due to my massive shoulders the bottom was too wide and they do not alter the sides of the jackets so I had to purchase one. Waiting for the delivery of the other items two weeks before the event for an additional self fitting. Will update my review at that time.
