I was not involved with the scheduling or set up process, but I heard that it was super easy to communicate with them and to get the order taken care of. Ooo La La Chocolate provided all of the sides (pretzel rods, strawberries, marshmallows, etc) as well as their own chocolate and the woman who came to help out, was super friendly to everyone and got the fountain all set up and ready! She was so great at talking to the guests about how to dip their items so that it didn't make too much of a mess and she even offered to help when needed. The fountain was super fun and seeing everyone's face light up when they go to dip their treat was so enjoyable! While it was not the busiest event, those of us who attended were super happy to go back for seconds and even thirds! When the event was over, she offered to let us keep the items for snacking, but she took care of cleaning the fountain and getting all packed up. Such a great experience! If you are looking for a chocolate fountain, I recommend asking for their assistance. Friendly service and tasty chocolate.
