The pictures really don't do justice to the beauty and grandeur of the huge spaces, which were completely transformed, which was good because our venue was not particularly attractive. It truly looked even better than what I could even dream of. These services don't come cheap, but Allison was very transparent with pricing of individual items, was willing to work with our budget, and saved us money wherever possible by reusing items between events. She threw in the most beautiful custom dance floor wrap for no extra charge for our reception, which was so appreciated! As a planner, Allison was so thoughtful and warm. With her in charge, we probably had the world's only on time Indian wedding. Allison's schedule was immaculate and I can't imagine how everything could have run as smoothly as it did without her behind the scenes calling vendors, directing traffic, and putting out fires. Her hard work allowed us to enjoy our big day that much more. Our only feedback would be that Allison put so much effort in that she was clearly stretched thin so we often felt like we had to go over the same details multiple times during the planning process and day of, some details (but not essential ones) were not executed the way we envisioned. I think this would happen in any situation where the lead decorator and coordinator of a 300 person event were the same person, so that is something to consider with bigger events. On the flip side, having the same person as planner and decorator made those two essential pieces that much more coordinated. 10 out of 10 would recommend, thank you Allison and team!!!

When I called the store, the woman answering was very nice, pulled up my quote and educated me on the process. My hubby and I visited the week of. Unfortunately his SUV wasn't large enough to transport the tables and they didn't have delivery available. We borrowed a friend's truck to pick up the items. A mishap occurred when they gave us the wrong chairs which we were able to quickly exchange. The employees were very apologetic and recognized their mistake. My deposit was returned within a week. BTW, Their wedding decor for rent is really unique. Not that I will need that but fellow Yelpers, keep them in mind for your upcoming nuptials!

We contracted this company to provide day-of wedding coordination services, which according to the…read morecontract includes help the month before the wedding in fine tuning all the details for the big day. The coordinator, Charlotte, is an amazingly sweet and good-natured woman. She had all the best intentions, and she made it clear our experience was her top priority. For a fee of only $200 total, Charlotte consulted with me on my wedding day details a handful of times and attended my ceremony rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, and spent the entire day helping us to set-up the hall. I'm quite the organized bride, and I walked through all the details of what would be happening / what needed to be done extensively. I'm only providing her three stars because my new husband informs me that our coordinator was (1) late to the venue, and (2) didn't really coordinate anything the day of. He tells me that she was sweet and pleasant, and she took direction well. That's great, but we needed someone who would provide the direction. I.e. We needed a type-A personality to take control, make decisions, and ensure everything ran smoothly. In addition, Charlotte left without saying good bye at some unknown time, which we can only assume was shortly after the ceremony as I never saw her again. My matron-of-honor and my husband did ALL of the actual coordination post-ceremony, and there were quite a few issues to address! The services she provided before the wedding were great, and well worth the money. The day of services, however, need some significant improvement. I strongly feel if Charlotte took the plunge to be a full-time wedding planner, then she would thrive in the field and develop more confidence. I would definitely recommend hiring her for pre-wedding planning. If you want to hire her for day-of-services, then you should spend the extra money and time to hire her to help plan from the beginning. I think the extra time might give her a better foothold on what needs to be done.

We went with Premier Party Rentals for our backyard/barn wedding in Labadie, Missouri in September…read more We ordered 14 round tables, 130 wooden chairs and wine and water glasses for 130 guests for our DIY wedding along with a 40x40' tent and tent lighting. Gretchen, our contact at Premier, was very responsive to our requests, questions and changes when our guest list ended up increasing. When I researched similar rental companies the prices were all very comparable. At the last minute we actually ran into trouble with the fire marshal wanting to inspect the tent so we ended up canceling the tent. Luckily, we had clear skies and great weather! We also had a bit of confusion on what day the items were being delivered (we changed it on them a few times) so the order showed up a day early but all was well. In the end the tables, chairs and glasses were quality and we couldn't have done the event without them. I would recommend them to other couples.

Premier Rental was very fair in their pricing and delivery requirements. We rented three cocktail tables and 75 chairs and they were high quality products. They arrived on time and set everything up to specification. The only reason I didn't give a 5 start review is they returned half an hour early for pick up. The drivers papers and my contract didn't match.
