I waited 10 minutes and no one returned...ridiculous that you can't have an establishment that is open when it says it will be open and not be able to staff it while someone "uses the restroom." Super friendly lady and she did 2 out of the 3 necklaces in a timely manner but she kept being super flakey and unprofessional when it came to the third necklace. I ended up having to follow up with her by calling several days within a weeks span because she would tell me she would call me to discuss strap options but never did. Eventually after calling to follow up for the 3rd time she said she didn't have a matching strap so I ended up having to go out of my way to pick up the 3rd necklace still just as broken. Then she had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to check out a strap that she thought would work when I went to pick up the necklace... like what? If you have plenty of free time to chitchat and wait around for your pieces to get fixed then she's great. Otherwise she can be time consuming and not even end up fixing your jewelry. read more

I was looking for some help fixing a bracelet I had bought from an on-line brand. The bracelet I bought was too big, and I wanted a quick fix, instead of sending it back and waiting for the back and forth to happen. I took a chance and called The silver lady. Jeff answered and said " bring it in and let's take a look at it! So I ran it over, and Jeff was able to fix the bracelet! Also while I was there, I couldn't help but notice all the really fun rings , necklaces and earrings they have. So much so, I just had to purchase a few. One was a chunky silver with some etching on it, and the other was this beautiful mint amethyst ring. Both are exactly my style, and prices were great! Overall I cannot recommend this place enough... I took my $130 wampum ring, which I got as a gift to myself after my yoga teacher training on Martha's Vineyard, that I've worn every day for seven years to be fixed there and it broke after the second day of wearing it. When I took it back to be fixed the jeweler somehow cracked the shell/stone AND lightened the color of the stone. No responsibility was taken for it nor was anything done to make it right.
