Without a car it was nice to be able to get something to eat and drink in the morning. I didn't explore the pool area or the fitness center. The staff was friendly and the location was good. From the photos on the hotel website, I was expecting a clean, trendy, comfortable experience. While the hotel staff was very friendly. Our hotel room was dirty. The sheets smelled used, and the rooms air conditioning played its own heavy metal song all night every time the fan kicked in. I would take a pass on this one and look for something a little more comfortable if you want to sleep while you stay at the hotel. read more

Back in Bentonville. It's been a minute or two since I was last here. Bentonville, Rogers, Fayetteville continue to grow astronomical. The Aloft is a clean and spunky Marriott property. Sabrina checked us in last night and she was very patient as we had multiple rooms and different credit cards. I noticed right away that they offered a vegan Breakfast sandwich which was a surprise and a delight. Upon the urging of my direct report, I spun the wheel of fortune located at the front desk and won a......... Drum Roll Please A free breakfast. Woohoo! I like the layout of the room. It's compact but super functional. If you're looking for the ironing board and the iron, they are tucked away in space to the right of the bed by the 70s neon green alarm clock. Here's my only quip. My room ended in an odd number meaning that outside my windows was the interstate / highway. The noise from the traffic is quite loud. If you stay, request an even numbered room. My vegan breakfast sandwich is large. It's not a little bagel or muffin. It had Violife Cheddar cheese, JUST Egg, Beyond Sausage patty with spinach and roasted tomatoes on an everything bagel. I devoured it while we drove to our business meeting. It was really good. The morning front desk person who assisted me with my breakfast sandwich also got me some Oatly for my morning coffee. She was very courteous and polite. I enjoyed my stay at Aloft and would definitely stay again either bringing ear plugs or in an even numbered room. Kudos to the staff and thank you. read more

The hotel is clean, no complaints there. Parking doesn't seem to be enough for the amount of rooms at this location so get there before 8 pm. Check in staff is friendly but a bit soft spoken, especially when there's a live performance going on in the lobby/bar area. Still very courteous and sweet, no complaints there again. I spun the wheel and won 1,000 points which was cool. Unfortunately, they never have extra pillows available. Beds are comfortable just bring your own pillows if you need extra. Rooms are functional as well as separate vanity and shower area are a nice touch. Probably my main complaint is the lack of communication. We had late checkout (3 pm) and had housekeeping trying to go into my room a total of 3 times after noon. It was a knocking and announcing as they were using their key to get in through the door scenario so a bit uncomfortable as I'm half naked jumping in the shower the first time. We did have the do not disturb sign up but I'm assuming they were not informed of the late check out. It was 2 different people and both asked what time I was leaving, so for it to happen again the third time at 2:30 was a little annoying. If I'm to at least say this, they do a great job at cleaning for sure. read more

I had a very pleasant stay last night. I stayed in a room with a King sized bed. The bed was clean, very comfortable and had cozy pillows. I had a VERY good night's rest! All the pillows were lovely. Breakfast wasn't included with my room. I believe you can get it as an option. Hotel staff was great! I had two very friendly interactions with staff during my stay. Both young ladies were personable and provided recommendations that later turned out to be helpful. If the hotel wasn't so booked up for this evening, I would've booked another night with them. I loved the high powered rain head in my room's shower. I had a lovely shower before checking out this morning. I also loved the sink basin. It's the bowl type rather than the sunken basin that you commonly see in hotels. I didn't see a microwave in my room so heads up if you like heating food or beverages up in your hotel room. I would definitely stay here again whenever I'm back in the area. I recommend considering Aloft for a good night's rest in Bentonville. They also have a nice bar area with classic pool table nearby. One more minor detail that I enjoyed about Aloft is that they offer smaller carts for transporting luggage from car to room rather than the bulkier ones hotels offer. I liked their carts for ease of steering and transporting luggage. Be aware that they have brakes! Don't forget to squeeze the levers to release the brakes when going forward. I should have checked Yelp before staying at Aloft Rogers Bentonville. The room was okay, nothing to write home about. BUT the way they charged our credit card created a fraud alert that caused our card to get cancelled while we were traveling. Thankfully we have another card to use. The place we are staying the next night was suspicious when their charge got denied. Just image what the remainder of our vacation would look like if we didn't have another card. We would be screwed. I see other yelpers had similar issues with Aloft in Bentonville. I've never had anything like this happen before. Aloft was a mixed bag and a hard review. No issues with staff or cleanliness and very comfy beds and pillows. The adjustable thermostat worked well and I was able to crank the AC down and snuggle under the blankets for my favorite way to sleep - cold room and thick blankets. The blankets, pillows and fan were able to help drown out the noise of I-49 just outside my 4th floor eastern view room. Very audible and annoying. Parking was also at a premium; after making a late night food run, I returned to a full lot and was forced to park in a hybrid parking only spot. Great water pressure, but expect to get water on the floor, since the door does not close properly - weird. The free breakfast was a complete joke. Oranges, bread and a toaster and some cereal. They should just stop the charade and discontinue the service from their advertised perks. The lobby and the bar is stylish and hip but I chose to bar hop around downtown Bentonville - an $11 Uber ride away. For $110 per night, I would probably either upgrade to a nicer place or downgrade to many of the other places in the area for under $70 per night on any return visit to NWA. read more

We added the romance package and enjoyed some amazing champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. The lobby and bar area are nice and cozy! BEAUTIFUL property. Modern, open entrance area. Room is well furnished, modern, and comfortable. Location is ideal for travel in NW Arkansas (I would drive out of the way to stay here!). And Gage at the Front Desk is a Rockstar! Seriously. Answered all my (stupid) questions, made check-in a breeze, and plays a respectable version of "Cat scratch Fever" when he thinks no one is looking. Overall, a fantastic stay. I was thankful there was something in town while I was Bentonville that had SPG points and wasn't a Four Points...and along comes the Aloft. I wasn't really thinking that it would be the best hotel that I stayed at but it was pretty decent for what I needed. It is kind of like the odd second cousin to the W hotels but I'm ok with it while I was here in Arkansas. The front desk staff are very helpful and if you are coming here for an appt at Wally offices be sure to ask for the Wally vendor price! This hotel was a pretty good stay for my friend and I. We needed a place to stay on our road trip and she knew that Aloft was a good pick since she had stayed at one before. Check in was mostly seamless - the man who I booked with on the phone was more than kind. But when I arrived, they had apparently misspelled my last name so it was a small hassle figuring that out initially. One star less for that. Besides that, everything was great: little gym, bar in lobby, pool (we didn't use), amenities for purchase in the lobby like snacks and meals (nothing is complimentary in the lobby unfortunately), comfy beds, coffee maker in room. Remember that when you travel through the Midwest, a decent hotel is a beautiful thing. This was more than decent and really made us feel comfortable. Also it was a short trip to anything that Bentonville had to offer! read more

I visited Bentonville on a business trip and stayed at the delightful Aloft hotel for almost a week! My work party and I (and my thousand packages I had shipped there) were SO well taken care of and the staff was beautifully accommodating. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed. Called and was told it was for the room rate change but I'd now have to wait 3-5 days for it to "drop off" This is completely unacceptable! Staying here now. No kitchen - just a few very expensive breakfast options of premade meals, obviously not included with your stay which is highly unusual these days. Phone doesn't work when I press zero it just has a busy signal so it needs maintenance, took a shower both reservoirs of body wash and shampoo empty. So call downstairs from my cell phone because the regular room phone doesn't work and they said they're going through a renovation so they put soap on the counter instead which I find out after I already took a shower without shampoo. Coffee maker has 3 coffees available, with just one cream to use for three coffee cups. This hotel looks like it was kind of nice about 15 or 20 years ago but they're just fumbling in the Customer Service area and it's easiest things they've overlooked. Loud elevator noise on and off all night, in the room heater is a hotel wall mounted machine from many years ago that is incredibly loud disturbing throughout the night. Bed was comfortable that's my one complement of staying here. Second day here observations. Room is still very comfortable bed is comfortable so I'm not gonna just pick on the problems here. They don't clean your room unless you ask I wonder how long this Covid excuse is going to go but it seems to be what everybody uses as an excuse. I asked them to clean the room and the phone was not working etc. I tried the phone is still not working so when you call downstairs to use your cell phone. I went to the room the bed was made but it looks like the sheets weren't changed as there's a bodily fluid type yellow stain on the sheet and I don't think it was from me but regardless it shouldn't be there after room is cleaned. When making the coffee this am - the one cream I had yesterday was not replaced, no coffee was replaced, no water was replaced, this must be a hotel that has very little supplies left for the room. And now I'm about to take a shower and guess what -- all of my fluids that I used body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap all not replaced I have to take a shower with a small used tiny bar soap and nothing else. read more

When I tried to work something out they said it's already been done and nothing is going to change. Hotel was rude uncooperative and unprofessional. This is clearly a hotel geared toward millennials/genZ people, but it totally failed for me. The cleanliness is not great at all; there was a weird white stain on my chair and I didn't ask any questions because that was better left unanswered. The bathroom has a sliding door instead of one that closes. The shower door opens both in and out so good luck getting that gosh darn thing closed. The water is a nice cloudy white, so enjoy brushing your teeth in that. They have two-in-one shampoo and conditioner in a squeeze bottle connected to the shower!! Same for the soap. Talk about a crime against humanity. Breakfast was laughable. There was some cereal, some toast and biscuits that looked like they'd be right at home in a Holiday Inn, and Pepsi products!! They had some water and Naked juice that I purchased because I'm a hashtag millennial willing to pay $7 for beverages so I don't have to drink water that looks like someone ... well ... You know. Were there bugs? No. Was the staff rude? No. Everything else could definitely use an update. This hotel is basically where I'd stay if every other hotel in Rogers was full. Don't get me wrong our room was great and the place was clean. This issue is that when I was trying to go to bed (1145 PM) they had a giant party going on in the lobby, you could hear it in our room that was a couple floors higher. In my opinion this is terrible. People travel for work and expect to be able to get sleep and not be awaken from loud music and the floors vibrating from the music. Called down to the office and they were no help what so we, said it would be over in 30 minutes (it's been about 50 min now). This is ridiculous. read more

This was my first experience at an Aloft hotel and I never knew it was a division of the SPG W hotels. Now that I know I'll add Aloft to my preferred list of hotels to stay at. This is the only modern styled hotel in the area aside from the Hyatt from my experience. The rooms area clean, flat screen TV's, complimentary breakfast from what I know and you get free Internet and two bottles of water in the room. I'm a SPG preferred guest so I'm a little biased. The gym is a big factor for where I choose to stay and Aloft has a decent sized gym and well kept. They have a couple treadmills, bikes, and ellipticals. Free weights go up to 50lbs and they have a resistance machine. I think this is a prime location with some good dining options nearby and a couple plazas nearby with shopping options. The price is comparable with other hotels in the area at about $100/night. Don't hesitate to give this hotel a shot! read more

I was super excited to stay here. It looks like a fun place to overnight. Upon arrival after a long day I was greeted by a very friendly host. There was no one in the bar, which seemed like a nice spot. I asked him if the bar was open and he said no they didn't I have an employee to run the bar, I thought that was weird because unemployment is so high in the service industry. No biggie I went down the street for dinner and a cocktail. It was late so I retired for the evening. The next morning got up and did my normal get ready for work routine. While I was brushing my teeth the sink backed up with Grodi black stuff and hair, kind of hard to not have a gag reflex. Stomach through it finish getting ready for work. Went down to see the desk attendant. When I arrived downstairs I literally waited for about 15 mins Before an attendant arrived I told him about my experience up stairs with the sink and actually showed him a picture of the nastiness. He said would you like a copy of your bill completely dismissed my dismay with the quality of the room. And I asked for the manager's name and number. I have tried to call Mary twice now since I stayed there on Tuesday Evening. This is exactly 4 days No return call from the manager.... Well it shows that the quality of people stem from the top down. Very disappointed won't stay at another aloft again! read more

I travel quite a bit for work and find the a loft to be the best option in Bentonville. I've stayed here multiple times and never had a complaint. Basic amenities and quick bites available in the lobby. It tends to book up fast so last min reservations can be difficult. This location is quite busy and the rooms are starting to get a bit worn out. Starwood/Marriott definitely needs to renovate and update the a loft chain, esp this location. The carpets in the rooms are starting to get grimy. Yuck! read more

Our room was clean but the pillowcases had a mildew smell to them. The TV didn't work and we let the front desk know but they didn't send anyone to fix it. The sink was very slow draining and the toilet didn't flush well. We left a day early because the bed was super uncomfortable. One side of the bed (king bed) was normal but the other side had a huge dip in it and honestly just needs to be replaced. read more

Loud band plays in hotel lobby at night, till about midnight, yet we were berated by management when our puppy whined at check-in at 11am (dog did not make a peep when we got to the room or for remainder of our stay) after a 10 hr drive. Manager did not introduce himself, and interrupted our check in to nastily tell us our dog was disruptive, instead of asking if he could assist. Would not recommend to anyone and would give 0 stars if I could. Have never experienced such inappropriate service at a hotel. I travel for a living and stay in hotels 11 months out of the year. It's safe to say I am a hotel connoisseur. What I look for is cleanliness, spaciousness, professionalism, staff listening to special requests if needed and safety. The Aloft in Rogers is a nice hotel that is easily accessible off the interstate and taking the back road to Walton Blvd is handy. It is nice and clean, the front desk staff is friendly, the bed is very comfortable and the rooms are very trendy.(updated) What I don't like is the rooms are extremely small and their is no place to sit other than the desk chair or the bed. Also the TV is mounted on the same wall as the desk with no swivel. This may seem petty to some, but if you spend most of your time watching TV, this is very annoying. I would consider staying here again but only if it were overnight. read more

Staff is better than the physical hotel itself. Having stayed at other Aloft properties, this one pales in condition, appearance, and cleanliness. Just very tired looking, overall. But, the staff was still superlative! Checking into a hotel room in Arkansas...in July, one would think that the air conditioner would be working overtime in expectation of a guest's arrival. Nope. Our room was extremely warm and stuffy at check-in. Hours later, upon return, the room was STILL stale, slightly warm and still stuffy. Thankfully, the front desk attendant was quick with a box fan to help push air from the air conditioner, built UNDERNEATH a wooden desk. Despite this same design, air conditioning was never a problem at the other Aloft properties. But, kudos to the staff for helping with this concern! The elevators sound like some grinding, aching monsters from an industrial horror movie. They perpetually modulate, sounding less than capable of lifting more than 50-pounds. Luckily, they still work. But, the wheezing is a bit unsettling. Given that I love the Aloft concept and amenities, and given that the staff of this location is superlative...I'll return. read more

Save your money, there are better options in the Rogers/ Bentonville area! I stayed in room 518 which had a leak in the ceiling above the shower and sink did not drain properly. I did notify the front desk when I was checking out and they were very apologetic and even gave me a souvenir candle to apologize. Other things to note about the room is that there is no closet; there is only a cubby type space where only about 4-5 hangers would fit. And the bathroom space is very small and there is minimal counter space for getting ready in the morning. So service is pretty good. However, I have been staying at the Fairfield Inn and found it much more accommodating for a business traveler. read more

This is the third time I've stayed here, and probably one of the last. I'm loyal to SPG - almost to a fault - and in my quest to obtain status for the year (SPG, you have me good), I picked this place over 21C, which was obviously the wrong choice. Both hotels run around $200, and $200 is a fair price to pay for 21C, and about double what you should be paying for Aloft. I guess SPG is smart for taking advantage of all the frequent business travelers who have status, and always come to Bentonville to meet with Walmart / Sam's Club. The rooms at the Aloft are standard and they look exactly the same no matter which city you are in. There's a bed, a desk built into the wall, a TV on the wall across from the bed, and a bathroom with shampoo/conditioner/body wash in dispensers in the shower. I guess this is nice to not waste little plastic bottles, but if you like to hoard hotel toiletries, you're out of luck here. The room and the bed are just fine, usually I'm only there for one night, so most things are tolerable. The bar of soap that was by the sink wasn't shrink-wrapped in plastic and looked like it had been used, which is kind of gross. But it was late, and I didn't bother complaining, but a little details like this are not usually overlooked at other chains. And especially not at a $200/night hotel. The WiFi in the room was spotty and kind of slow, which is also not great for business travelers who need to work. I don't know why they have only one receptionist doing way too many things, but when you're in a hurry and have to go to a meeting, 5 minutes of waiting for the receptionist to finish making breakfast sandwiches somewhere in the back, check someone out, and go retrieve a package, seems like an eternity. I had to wait a while for someone to come check me in, which was slightly annoying. Parking is free, but I'd definitely pick 21C over this hotel any day, even SPG loyalty coming into the mix. This hotel is average at best. For the price I guess it could be a little better than average with a good deal but it definitely is not my favorite hotel in the area. Yes, its trendy but the bar downstairs gets so LOUD and the noise is easily heard upstairs in the room (chatter and thumping bass). This is a more social and party like hotel...not somewhere to finish up a presentation or get a good nights sleep. The staff is friendly here and the hotel is decorated beautifully. The only issue I have with the designer modern/minimalist room is that it's so small and bare! It also feels a little flimsy....as if the hotel is made of cardboard. It looks nice but it's not soundproof and not durable. Most hotels in the Bentonville/Rogers area boast a seating area, large room , nice bathroom...so this wasn't so great (there's hardly room between the bed and the walls of the room. Good for a one night stay and a bit of fun, but not a business trip. The bar is definitely considered a fun local hangout. (The gym is also nice,but gets crowded easily). Not my cup of tea. read more
