As I'm sure you all know.... I stay at Hilton Properties when ever I can. No exceptions here. However... the cost was pretty high here! About $30 more then normal and the breakfast sucked. Stale French toast sticks, terrible coffee, eggs swimming in water, oatmeal as thick as paste, and fruit that looked days old! I literally could not even think of eating this stuff. My room was good! The counter service was good! The location was great! But come on with the breakfast... please!

Be sure to ask for your Kyya dark chocolate!

Nice enough hotel, but close enough to the interstate to be VERY noisy. Can't say that we would stay here again.

The drapes were hung so beautiful and the black chandelier is gorgeous. My favorite part is the bathroom. It has pink floral wallpaper and it's so quaint. The whole room was filled with such detail and intention. Michael is such a wonderful cook. There were homemade scones and cinnamon rolls served with eggs, bacon or sausage and they also had little parfaits. I had to have everything because it smells so delicious! Totally worth it to stretch my waistline. Joana mentioned they plan to open a bed and breakfast in France! With the wonderful couple hosting, you know I'll be there! Learning about the history of the Victoria from Joana was surprising! I'll leave yall with a cliffhanger so you can go and check it out or go back and hear about it from Joana or Michael.

The B and B itself was welcoming, tastily decorated, cozy and comfortable. The pool and hot tub looked inviting although we didn't have time to try either. Killer breakfast in the morning with plenty of food. Fruit was the best and so fresh and delicious. Pastries were equally as fresh. The presentation and vibe of the dining area was nicely done. Breakfast order was cooked as requested and yummy. I am sorry we were able to spend more time, not only in the area, but at The Victoria. It takes a special couple to own and manage a B and B and Michael and Joana have it mastered to a fine art! You won't be disappointed to add this to your list of places to stay if you are in the vicinity.

Free breakfast, free drinks, free snacks, And it is so much fun at the pool! The downside is the pool is crowded and the pool water is unclear. It's still fun though. Also a downside is that kids kept spraying we with their pump water guns. It is nice and there is nice people and the elevators are so cool lol! You can see through a glass window and see the 1st floor. It reminds me of that one level of the backrooms in london. It's free in the middle and spacious, and on the outside it's hotel rooms! The people are nice there, and I reccomend bringing your own soaps in the showers because the shampoo body wash and stuff are locked to the wall. I can't really pump it either. Bring your own shampoo and body wash. This hotel is so good because there isn't no bed bugs, the bathrooms in the hotel are clean, and RIGHT when you check out the housekeeping lady or man goes to your room immediately. I see them all the time. This is crazy!!! Another downside in the hotel is because the pool smells like salt and bleach. The pool is really like sea water. Also another downside is that they removed the hot tub. Either way though I have to say about this hotel is it's so good. It's good like really.

"Get Lucky" - Daft Punk with Nile Rodgers…read more We spent the weekend at Embassy Suites in NW Arkansas, not for a Razorback game, but to see my musical hero/icon/legend Nile Rodgers and CHIC, along with Billy Idol. Nile Rodgers has been on my bucket list, so it did not matter that we had to travel from Hawaii all the way to Arkansas via Dallas, (a 5.5 hr drive each way) then fly back the next day after the concert. I chose this place because the hotel is right across the street from the Walmart Ampitheater (Walmart AMP) and walking distance. Keep reading toward the end for a BIG SURPRISE. SERVICE: Mariah was at the front desk checking us in, and she was from Hawaii! Very nice girl. We got texts daily asking how they were doing. Housekeeping came by really late, like after 3:30 PM after we got back to our room from sight-seeing so we turned down the service as we still had nice fluffy towels. THE ROOM: The 2-room corner suite was really nice and spacious and clean. It came with a bar, microwave, fridge, full sized mirror, two queen beds, a chaise lounge, TVs in both rooms - and a cracked window in the anteroom which was taped with green masking tape. The bedroom faced the interstate, which was noisy through the walls. I could hear the cars/trucks speeding by, but I was tired so it was more like white noise. The A/C was loud, but at least it worked. Didn't really hear any neighboring room noises. BED: a bit soft, but clean and comfy. Pillows didn't smell like BO, like most places I've been. PERKS: free hot breakfast every morning, different fruits. Fresh Omelet station. Lots of choices. Coffee was strong and good. Very good. Lots of seating, even in the bar area in the morning. One of the best free morning breakfasts in any hotel I've ever been in. PARKING: $10 a day extra for hotel guests. Lots of open spaces. Embassy managed to keep the concert parkers out on the day of the concert. BIG SURPRISE: I got to meet Nile Rodgers!!! He was trying to get breakfast when I interrupted him. His plate was still empty but he graciously agreed to take a photo with me. I also went back after 30 minutes and we casually waved at him and he called us over to his group. He threw his arm over my shoulder and gave me a hug, he held my hand in another photo. He was one of the nicest celebrities I've ever met - very humble and genuinely friendly. I was over the top dying inside!!! The man I came to see was staying at the Embassy Suites! It's no surprise that musical celebrities may be staying here, especially if they are playing at the Walmart AMP, as it's right across the street and convenient. So if you want to see your favorite musician at the AMP, book a room at the Embassy Suites and you may get lucky!! Return factor: YES. In the future. Maybe. Don't think Nile is going to play in AR again any time soon (he is usually in Europe).

They were very nice and started cleaning up, but quickly took a call to "put out multiple fires and assured me they would be back to shop vac out the window seal. They never returned. What matters to me is cleanliness and this hotel is definitely clean! I have to give a special shout out to the front desk staff member "Ren". Ren is a special kind of talent that every business would (should) kill to have. Ren easily took my stay from a good average to one of the best, most welcoming, most fun stays at a hotel I've ever had. I also watched Ren interact with other guests and their upbeat, friendly, and welcoming vibe never faltered. Ren went above and beyond for me and my husband's stay- and even after when we left! I lost an electronic thingy and they assured me they'd have everyone on the lookout for it! Ren easily takes this Hyatt from a good hotel to a 5 star home. - also the PB cookies are delicious and definitely worth a try
