We stayed here for one night while passing through the area. The hotel was perfectly good, though I can't say anything stands out about it. Our room was comfortable and it was nice having a sofa in our room. We enjoyed the free breakfast the next morning; I especially liked the pumpkin spiced waffles and toppings that went along with them. I would definitely stay here again. read more

Nice enough hotel, but close enough to the interstate to be VERY noisy. Can't say that we would stay here again.

We were very pleased with our stay at this Hampton Inn. The people have all been very nice. Check In was smooth. I everything about the room except I would like to have one more chair in the room. When there are two of us , one of us has no place to sit. There are places close by to get a meal. Shopping across the street. Breakfast was satisfactory. Everything was very clean and in working order. We will be looking at hampton inns more in the future. read more

As I'm sure you all know.... I stay at Hilton Properties when ever I can. No exceptions here. However... the cost was pretty high here! About $30 more then normal and the breakfast sucked. Stale French toast sticks, terrible coffee, eggs swimming in water, oatmeal as thick as paste, and fruit that looked days old! I literally could not even think of eating this stuff. My room was good! The counter service was good! The location was great! But come on with the breakfast... please! read more

I have stayed here for several years for work. The staff has always been super friendly amid some fairly regular turnover. The rooms are always clean, and the showers have good water pressure. They have a nice fitness center with plenty of equipment and some weights as well. I don't usually eat breakfast, but they have the standard Hampton Inn breakfast offerings. Now, one of my favorite reasons for visiting this property... Kyya dark chocolate --- oh so good!! Ask for some, it will have you seeking out some more of this locally made chocolate. read more

An amazing and exceptional clean hotel. The general manager and desk staff went over and beyond to accommodate our every need. The location is convenient and close to several restaurants. The hotel is a good fit for business or family guests. A delicious hot breakfast and grab n go bags are available each morning. Our 4 night stay was pleasant and without any issues. This hotel was one of the best places I have stayed in a very long time. We reserved a night through TripAdviser for a reasonable rate. Upon arriving, we were greeting by a warm smile and checked in quickly and easily. Our room was SPOTLESS. The sheets and towels were clean and new looking. There was no dust on any of the surfaces. The carpets were stain free. There wasn't a single hair anywhere in the bathroom. No mold or smoke smells. It looks to have been newly remodeled and had modern style and amenities. We didn't swim but indoor pool area looked clean and maintained. Complimentary breakfast had all the fixings and choices. Everything about our stay was perfect. Reservation was wrong when I arrived. Instead of admitting it Brittany told me that only rooms booked through Hilton website were guaranteed rooms. I have travels for years and booked thousands of rooms through sites like Kayak, Hotels.com, Expedia and have never had issues. I showed her confirmation and she said was full but would correct it next day. When I got back to hotel next day from packing it still had not been corrected. Finally was corrected but not placed on quiet side of hotel as they had promised but right next to interstate. I had given them 24 hours to change it but instead they had not done so and all other rooms taken. When I asked why and told her I was disappointed they said it was all they had and then threw the room key my way and sarcastically said "Have a nice day". When looking at a place to stay, avoid this hotel as there many other options available and this should be at the bottom of you list as last resort. read more

We were in town for the Springdale/Fayetteville Baseball Tournament May 19th-21st. Our team chose to stay at Comfort Suites Bentonville-Rogers. After a Horrible experience there the first night, I was able to book a room at Hampton Inn the next two nights. Hampton's are always my first choice being a Diamond member! This hotel did not disappoint, clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice thick towels! We did have to request room service early though. I am ready for the days to be back where room service is automatic with room. If in the area again, I will be booking here whether the rest of the team does or not!! read more

The hotel was nice but for what you pay you would think they could of hired an engineer who could of designed the room better. This was a pleasant stay, nice hotel and very accommodating staff. I always travel with Lysol wipes and but forgot them. I asked the desk clerk if I could have a few and she gave me the whole package--brand new! I enjoyed the lobby with my hot, complimentary coffee. I noticed a fully-equipped workout room although I never used it. Beautiful pool area. I had a peaceful nights sleep as there were no noisy neighbors or chatting in the hallways all hours like at many hotels. Comfortable bed, as always with Hamptons. I would give it 5 stars, but the breakfast was kinda subpar. Not much variety and cold bagels. But overall, an enjoyable stay and I would go back! read more

This is an excellent hotel! I have stayed here probably 60+ times over the last three years. The hotel is super clean, the breakfast is good and varied, and the staff all go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome! For May the 4th, they had a theater set up in the lobby with Star Wars vids, popcorn and SW themed snacks. For the LGPA week, there were golf ball centerpieces and a bowl full of Tees on the counter. National Jelly Bean day, a giant bowl of jelly beans greeted guests. In your room, they include 2 free waters, and the housekeeping staff does a thorough job cleaning every room and often leave a towel animal out to greet you as you come in. It's centrally located to restaurants, theater, close to the Amp and other attractions and right off the highway. My favorite hotel in the area by far. read more

This Hampton is quite nice--many fine amenities that are enjoyable. Beverage bar available 24/7 for hot tea, coffee, hot chocolate. Breakfast is a full 4 hours (thank you for that!) and a nice variety. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Elevators were quick. Nice workout room. They gave us a code for extra fast wifi and that was VERY MUCH appreciated! Only downside was the size of the room and the missing microwave in the room. There is one downstairs in the lobby but wish there was one in the room too. The room size was difficult for the five of us (and they let me reserve for 2 adults and three kids but there was not enough room for additional sleeping child without completely rearranging the room). Also, if I have five people reserved in the room, it would be nice to have 5 bath towels without having to ask. And traffic getting into and out of the hotel is difficult at certain times of day but not sure how they could remedy that. I appreciate it was a non-smoking hotel but do wish there was a way of isolating those that smoke outside as I still have to walk through smoke to get into and out of the hotel. read more

Likes: the friendly staff, the renovated look, the workout equipment/room. Dislikes: I have had "cleanliness" issues during 2 separate stays. Even still, there are two other Hampton Inns nearby (one in Springdale, AR the other in Fayetteville) and I tend to favor this one over those two. And I am picky about my HI's. The saving grace for them was they "comped" my room when I notified them of the oversight (let's just say the toilet was not flushed when I checked in). And the fitness room has a good selection of equipment and machines. One of their treadmills has the TV screen-dealie-o. Very Clean, friendly, quiet place located close by the highway, shopping and dining. The staff greeted me with a smile and kind words every time. The room was spotless, a/c worked perfectly. Even though the room was by the elevators, I didn't hear hallway noise. Complementary water in the fridge. The continental breakfast was fresh, with a wide variety. Staff was available to assist with your needs. The staff put on a wonderful Star Wars themed event to celebrate " May the 4th be with you ". This hotel is perfect for a weekend stay in Northwest Arkansas. It is right off the highway in the Rogers/Bentonville area. There are plenty of shopping places and eateries within steps of the hotel. The king room was perfect for my family (of 3). The bed was more than comfortable and the TV was more than sufficient (in size). I was impressed by the decor and furnishings, both in the room and the hotel itself. The bathroom was more than big enough and we had a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The continental breakfast was wonderful. Plenty of food and seating, which is an issue at some places. The staff were all wonderful and very helpful. I was pleasantly surprised! For the price, and what I had expected from the Hampton Inn chain, this hotel seemed to be nicely updated. What stood out to me the most in the rooms was the use of wood, for the closet, armoire/desk, as well as the cabinetry in the bathroom. Definitely gave it an upgraded look. The bathroom layout was great as well, I enjoyed the sink and cabinet at the angle it was relative to everything else in the bathroom, which gave it a more open feel. The morning breakfast had a lot of variety and was satisfying. Lastly, the front desk staff was always very friendly and helpful. read more

"Crazy clean" was the review that led us here but it was additionally the awesome treatment we received that will lead us back. From the front desk staff that actually took the time to say hello to the wonderful extras. We went for U of A graduation. The room was wonderfully clean and accommodating. The breakfast buffet Huge and delicious. Not the typical breakfast but a wonderful variety of hot and cold foods prepared by a dedicated group of women. In fact that's what I kept seeing , individuals going beyond your expectations. Thoughtful amenities I didn't expect like umbrellas , wonderful complimentary refreshments and for our occasion: mini candy treat diplomas. Very thoughtfully prepared. I have a feeling this staff gets into the spirit of any occasion your celebrating. We will be back. read more

Try another option--much better choices in area. The welcome staff not friendly and the "do not disturb" signs apparently can't be read by hotel staff, including managers. Twice knocked on my door marked "do not disturb" and the last one asked to come in without identifying herself (nor was wearing a nametag) She wanted to measure the window treatment....seriously?? This place is first class. Not the most spacious, up-to-date room I've stayed in, but comfortable and very, very clean. We stayed for the week with our 9 month-old son. Mommy was in Bentonville for work, so I took the week off so the baby could be with her. From the great continental breakfast in the morning, to microwave-use for heating baby food at lunch and dinner, the staff always made sure we had what we needed. We kind of took over the kitchen area as our own throughout the day. They seemed to really enjoy our son being around and he loved all of the staff as well. Couldn't have asked for anything better for our first extended hotel stay with the baby. read more

My wife and I decided to take a little weekend road trip to Northwest Arkansas. I had some unused Hilton Honors points and decided to use some of them for a nights stay at the Hampton Inn in Rogers/Bentonville. The hotel was very easy to access. It is just east of 540 at exit 85 on Walnut. This was our first stay at a Hampton Inn. We arrived around 2:30pm and thought we would see if the room was ready. When I entered the lobby I was impressed by the contemporary yet classic design. I was greeted immediately by the manager at the front desk. The room was ready and check in was very quick. We made our way to the second floor room. The accommodations were first rate. We were very pleased by the aesthetics of the room, comfortable King sized bed, 32" Flat Panel HDTV, stylish bathroom, and desk/storage unit. We spent some time in the indoor pool and whirpool. The pool goes to 4 1/2 feet, which is great for families with children, but I would have liked for it to be deeper. The whirpool was amazing. It has a 15 minute timer, and by that point, we were ready to get out. The jets were great and the temperature was perfect. I wish I owned one at our mansion! The high speed wireless internet was also a wonderful feature. We were able to get on Yelp and look around for some reviews of local restaurants in Bentonville and Rogers. You are given a wireless "key" that lasts 24 hours from when you first login. The complementary coffee and hot tea in the lobby is also very good. The overall experience at this hotel was very good. I will definitely look at staying at other Hampton Inns. read more

More upscale than the usual, stellar customer service from everyone in the hotel, an a very convenient location near restaurants and businesses. In particular, the woman running the breakfast area behaved as if she was running her own restaurant; I love seeing a work ethic like that. read more

This Hampton is kept very clean and is in a good location. Breakfast is provided, but Hilton chooses to not provide much of a budget, so as with other Hampton locations, it's a sub par breakfast. Tasteless eggs will send you looking for a McDonalds. Otherwise, great hotel. read more
