My husband loved the service & hotel he's recommending his future business meeting for Alot only. Rooms were large, clean with a modern design and beds were comfortable. Safe area, convenient for travelers to find. Dave & buster within walking distance. Had snow the night of our stay, views were priceless. Staff had salt on parking lot for safe walking to cars. We really liked the modern geometrical layout of this hotel. The bed in the middle of the room was a thoughtful design. We enjoyed the coffee maker and assorted toiletries in the room. The staff was friendly, when we could find them. We did not use the pool or hot tub, but we appreciate that they were available. The room really wasn't clean. Also, when rooms are this rate, there is often a free breakfast. We paid $13 for a yogurt, a muffin, a slice of cheesecake, and 2 bottles of water. So, I'd give this hotel a slightly better than average rating. read more

Tulsa Daycation 2012 Review I've got to hand it to this cute little hotel in South Tulsa. We checked in on Saturday to get out of town for a day. The lobby is beautiful - like a mini little baby W. The staff was so helpful from check-in to check-out, and we were able to get down and enjoy their beautiful pool almost immediately, but not before scoping out our room, with it's nice shower, Bliss products, soft towels, and excellent design intended to maximize space and minimize footprint. The saltwater pool was perfect for a day of drinking, swimming and sunning. A bathroom, sauna, shower and hot tub are just off the pool area, and a lively group of friendly people were all enjoying the sun-soaked pool. The king bed that this hotel group is known for was especially comfortable, and I love the linens as well and always mean to buy some for my house. We slept great and even enjoyed the nice TV in the room for a bit (Will Ferrel hosting SNL!). Today we woke up in time to swim again. Snacks from the recharge area are affordably priced, and the selection ranges from junk food (bbq chips, chex, etc) to fruit and yogurt parfaits, fresh fruit, hummus, and so on. We were surprised to see how affordable the snackie things were. I would stay here again in a minute. Other bonuses that I didn't fit in this time: you can bring your dog, they have a great fitness center, and they have a really nice little bar that is open from 5-midnight. I looked at those prices - again really reasonable for a hotel bar, as well as a further selection of snack-type items. Next time I plan to check out all of this. Finally, two staff members that were really helpful: Diana and Joanna. Both of these employees were polite to my group, and saw to it that we got extra towels and pillows we requested. This Aloft is the most rundown that I've stayed at. It's disappointing to see this brand tarnished by dirty rooms beat up walls dirty hallways and just a general uncleanliness and worn out look. The evening staff was rude and seemed bothered when asked a question. read more

I wanted to echo a number of the previous comments. The hotel is a great respite from the typical hotel. The urban vibe of the hotel, complete with great bar, lobby with pool table, incredible staff and good looking and comfortable rooms makes it a rare find here. We had a strange experience while there. Right down the hall, there were eight or so guests in four rooms going from room to room partying throughout the night. We couldn't sleep, etc. and mentioned it to the staff the next morning. The staff apologized for the crazy night (the group had to be removed that morning) and they recommended that the manager comp our stay. The manager followed the recommendation of her staff. Hotels can't control the behaviors of its guests, but it can control how it responds to it. Aloft Tulsa stepped right up and did what was right. We'll be back to the hotel again and again. read more

I have stayed in several Alofts, but this one has to be my favorite. The place was clean, the staff was fabulous and the pool was perfect. My husband, sister and her BF and I took the short trip to Tulsa for a fun getaway, and our primary goal was to spend as much time in the pool as possible. It was really crowded when we got there, but there was still room for us to set up, swim, and relax. All the patrons were really nice, likely because the staff is so nice that everyone wants to mirror that. If there is something that you want/need and you aren't sure the staff can do it- just ask, and they likely will make it happen! Props to Diana for going the extra mile to ensure we were happy, comfortable, and enjoyed our get away! The rooms in Aloft are small by design (hence, a loft) but are perfect for a short trip. I've always said I wouldn't want to stay in an Aloft for an extended stay, but we met a guy on this trip who was staying there 100+ days and was perfectly happy. The showers are fabulous and stocked with Bliss products, but I do love a good tub and think that after a week or so I would miss that. They try and think of everything in the small space around the sink: magazines, a small safe, coffee, complimentary bottled water and even a teeny fridge- perfect for leftovers or maybe a few beers. The little workspace is nice to have, but my Aloft stays are always just for fun, so I've never really utilized it. Every detail of the hotel is hip, swanky, and makes you feel like you are at a fun party. The elevators smell like Bliss, have gel mats on the ground and play upbeat dance party music (full disclosure: I have been known to have a dance party of one in there). The bar is unlike any hotel bar I've ever seen, as the blue lights and modern decor are mirrored throughout. They run a lot of specials, so if you are a South Tulsa resident, I highly recommend you try it for a nightcap! Oh, did I mention you can bring your dog and they will lend you a bed and bowls? That has definitely been a selling point for us on many trips, and I hope to return to this one very soon. read more

Location was convenient. Not in the heavy traffic of downtown, but still close to dining and shopping. However, we wouldn't stay here again. The walls are paper thin - I could literally hear the room next to me unzipping luggage (or a purse or maybe their jeans - eek) and turning pages in a book. We also had several towels and linens with stains and the shower was one of those nightmare "hot. cold. hot. aaaahhhh finally it's comfortable. just kidding, SCALD YOU" experiences. I stayed 2 nights in the middle of the week for a business trip and was excited to stay at an Aloft. They look so trendy! Upon arrival, the lobby-turned-club was blasting dance music. Mixed feelings on that. The decor was a nice change from the typical Holiday Inn Express or Hampton Inn. The staff have all been super nice at the front desk. For $92/night, you can't beat that value. The workout room had new equipment and there was even a marine pool (closed for the season). The room itself was nice. Trendy decor, as usual. The bathroom had no door (I saw tracks for a sliding door....but no door). Good thing I didn't have a guest with me, or that would call for awkward times. My room was situated behind the elevator, meaning I could hear the whirr of the elevator all through the night- what a pain. If I had realized this before I laid down the first night, I would've certainly asked to be moved. Again, in the middle of the night, I could hear the club music from the lobby (I was on the 2nd floor). I couldn't sleep, so I asked the front desk to turn it down. They were surprised I could hear the bass, but quickly turned down the music a tad for me. Also, beware of the loud, drunk people at night! You can hear chatter anywhere in the hallways...the doors must be thin, or there's a huge gap under it. My clock wasn't even set to the right time, but no big deal. The big deal was when it randomly went off at 3am. I was NOT happy. The peep hole in the door was also 7 ft above ground. Perfect for when I don't need to see who's at the door. This sounds safe. My reservation came with breakfast- 2 items from their pantry and a drink. The first morning, I ordered a breakfast wrap, which meant eggs and stale bacon in a rock hard crisp of a "tortilla". Coming from Texas, this was an insult! I quickly passed on this hot breakfast option the 2nd morning. On a brighter note, they have a large selection of other items ranging from muffins, fruit, yogurt, and granola bars to lattes and energy drinks. I might stay again, especially if there's another $92/night deal, however I'd definitely specify a higher floor away from the elevator. read more

aLoft is aNot I've had several stays at this Tulsa hotel, totaling over 15 nights in the last month. The Summary Pros: Newer, trendy design. Energetic lobby+lounge area. Smiling staff. Good happy hour prices on domestic beer. Pool table in lounge area. Good exercise room, saunas, and whirlpool. Acceptable room comfort. A good desk chair and easy access to power and video connections at the in-room desk. Free wifi. Decent salads, sandwiches, and related fair priced reasonably at the self-serve food shop. Room thermostat is programmable. Cons: Inconsistent service. Beds are already starting to sag after less than a year of use. Check-in goofs galore. Trendiness tries too hard to be hip, making the place feel strained. Rooms spacious, but design leaves a concrete cell impression. AC/Heat unit lets lots of external air into room, like it is missing a gasket under the unit. ------------------------------------------------ The Detail Service: No telling what the maid will get done. Ice bucket with melted ice left for 2 days, until I reminded her to replace. (I also got the impression they don't wash the ice buckets, just empty them). Coffee cups and water cups not restocked. Despite the "Be Green and Leave Towel on Bar" note, I got fresh towels every day. A few days where a small scrap of paper or other floor debris wasn't cleaned up in room. And in the hallways, there was dust and trash in the wall light housings. Never got cleaned. Maintenance is spotty. I mentioned several hallway wall lights were out, and they never got replaced. A printer was out of service in the lobby every stay, and as far as I know, remains out of service. Front desk: Despite being on a corporate card, the hotel pre-authorized against my personal card for the entire cost of rooms rather than just incidentals. It took several days to fix that. While I had reserved for five days (and had paper to prove it), I was in the system as a single night. Some stays the staff slipped the final bill under the door the last evening, others I had to ask for it at the front desk. I called and asked that it be ready one time, and the front desk staff hadn't prepared it by the time I came down 15+ minutes later. Comfort: The side of the bed closest to the door was already sagging in every room I've had. So, I had to sleep in the middle or far side from door to not have a sloping mattress. The interior design colors try too hard to be trendy, and instead lead to angst. Gray-toned walls, dark purple accents, high ceilings, and roller shades create a cell block feel. Dark and flat. No billow and breeze in the bedding, blinds, or any place else. No wall art to break up the space. A big 4'x4' bright color oil, with lots of whites, yellows, reds, etc., on the far wall would go miles to making this less of a holding pen. Lighting doesn't help either. It's all stark white fluorescents. No warmth there. In short, for the $100+ a night, I'd go somewhere else, if the boss would let me. read more

Friendly front desk staff for both check in and check out. I do like the wide open lobby that provides a relatively seamless transition from lobby, (pantry?) and bar. I guess the rooms could be construed as trendy. Reminds me of a European dorm room. Not uncomfortable, rather economically efficient. I liked the walk in shower and the dispensers for shampoo and body wash are a good idea. If you are sharing a room, be sure it's with someone you like because the wall between the shower and room is glass. It's cloudy, but leaves little to the imagination. Biggest bummer, breakfast is not free. While I didn't dislike the property, for comparable prices one could find a bit more comfortable room with free breakfast. I'd say there's only a 50% chance I'd stay at another Aloft. read more

Not your typical hotel and I mean this in a great way. First time to stay at an Aloft. Friends have stayed in their hotels in Houston and mentioned affordable, more modern and fun. Not sure what the fun part was till I got there. Ericka in sales set our group (Caravan 30 year reunion) up with special rates and late check outs. Mentioned there was a pool and a bar right next to it. She made sure we were well taken care of. Jess, the bartender, was a HUGE hit with the group and got the party started ever evening. Big lobby, pool tables and music playing. The staff at the front desk where very nice and accommodating. No ice machines, but bags of ice along with snacks and drinks in the lobby. Rooms where modern in style and had everything you would expect. No bath tub in my room, but spacious walk in shower. Loved the bed and the general style of the room. No business center, but they did have a few work stations set up. Small gym was nice. Wi-Fi was great. There are 2 Alofts in Tulsa. This one is 1/2 mile from the Woodland Hills mall. Great location close to everything in south Tulsa. Would definitely go back. read more

They also couldn't find my reservation even though I showed them the confirmation number from the email on my phone. Attention Hipsters! Dirty isn't Hip. We were comfortable and disappointed at the same time. Room was quiet enough and we have always liked the simplicity of the W style. It was nowhere near the elevator. Had a very...interesting soundtrack to my evening (someone definitely had a better night than me ) 50/50 staff. My bartender was great. Front desk, depending on the time of day was friendly and helpful or quiet and rude. Breakfast service was horrible. Came down at 6:50 for a 7am start. Server was late and setup took almost 30 mins. She never spoke and acted like I wasn't there until other patrons showed up to place their breakfast orders. Pissed but I have a flight to catch so I won't stick around to complain. Do not let the cute name and modern aesthetic fool you. This place is the worst. The first room we were given turned out to be already occupied. Not a big deal. It happens, right? Once we were given an unoccupied room, things did not get better. The beds still had the previous occupants' hair and crumbs in the sheets. The soap scum and limescale buildup in the shower was beyond the hope of even the strongest infomercial bathroom cleaning solution. And the stains on the carpet and walls (on the walls???) forced me to wonder what ungodly acts could have been committed in this hotel room. But, I at least know that someone in room 302 was REALLY enjoying their stay. Like. Loudly enjoying it. 10/10 would not recommend. read more

Hotel was still in process of being built with painting going on still. Air conditioner in room only worked part of the time. Shower door didn't close all of the way and got water all over the bathroom. When we checked in we were put into a room that wasnt yet completed. Employees were very nice and accomodating. One of the best places to stay in Tulsa. Competitive rates and an eco friendly design. The lounge and lobby are very modern and upbeat, with a full bar, complimentary pool table, and large screen TV's. The seating is very comfortable yet modern. Mackenzie the concierge at the front desk was great at taking care of us. She was both friendly and professional, and definitely was appreciated by us.The rooms are not quite as large as some other hotels, but the layout and doesn't make it feel that way. They seem that have a good storage place for about everything. I love that you can easily hook your computer or phone up to the TV though the console on the desk, and the outlets on the bed stands are easily accessible. The free wifi is a nice touch as well. The workout room I found to be very good, with several large machines, free weights, and weight machines. The workout room was clean and modern like the rest of the hotel, with clean towel and water. The treadmills had TV's in the and were very new and nice. After a good workout, enjoying the hot tub or sauna across the hall was great way to unwind. Again, both were clean and nice. The location of the hotel is close to a major highway and several shopping areas off 71st Street, that have several good restaurants around as well. Only down size is that there aren't any that are in walking distance (except Dave and Busters). Overall, I will be my top choice for hotels when I come to the Tulsa area. read more

We stayed in this hotel this past December. The hotel is very nice... very friendly front desk service. The room was nice, very clean and modern decor. I liked the bathroom vanity area... well lit and plenty of counter space. The beds were pretty comfortable.. A few things that weren't great... one of the shower walls is an obscured window that leads into the sleeping area of the room...you can't see anything clearly but you can definitely can see in... Glad we did not notice this when anyone was showering (that would have been awkward for me or my 15 yr old son!) There were also helicopters landing and taking of constantly in the field in front of the hotel... a family member from Tulsa told us that it was for light tours... kinda annoying. I would probably stay here again... all in all it was a good experience. read more

It's my first time in Tulsa, and Aloft was the only place in town that seemed to combine a good travel site rating with reasonable prices. This place is decidedly not "Tulsa" in its decor (the lobby decor is "club" - i.e LED lights, bright pinks, purples and greens. The room decor is urban/contemporary), but fortunately, it is "Tulsa" in its attitude. The staff was very helpful, offering to extend the fitness room and sauna hours for me to get in a late workout. When I had to extend my stay and then later cut it short, it only took a few seconds to make the changes. Best of all, when I asked for a recommendation on a restaurant, i wasn't pointed to any of the big chains that surround the hotel, instead I was directed to a classy seafood restaurant just a little further down the road. The food there was amazing! If you're looking for something a little different in Tulsa, Aloft is a safe bet. read more

Finally: a Starwood hotel in Tulsa. And it's even a cool one like the aLoft, too! This is tucked in behind a bunch of retail, visible off 169 north of 71st. They built it from the ground-up - there is a ton of things (restaurants, shops, malls) around here, so it is a good area if you like chains. This hotel is not typical Tulsa. I have nothing against T-town, but the whole "hip" vibe is a bit of place here. Fortunately, the management and workers are working at making it as "hip" as it can be. They are getting in live music and DJs, and some of the people at the bar were actually just local 20-somethings hanging out (as opposed to the rest of us road-warriors who were merely drinking our free drink coupons away!) I did not note too much unique to this location - I've stay in several other aLoft locations and they are pretty much cookie-cutter. The rooms are nice and modern, with lots of cool features like an AV-input center for the large LCD TV on the wall at the foot of the bed. There are no shampoo or conditioner little bottles - there are dispensers in the shower, just like in Europe. They do have awesome facial cleanser though. Complimentary water and wifi. For breakfast the next day, I ate a handmade egg/ham/cheese muffin and a juice from their pantry. Finally, the bar is worth coming back too. There is lots of room to just hang out. There is a pool table and chess boards. I will likely stay in the hotel everytime I come back to Tulsa because of this - it is so much better than hanging out in my room, and the lobby of any other hotel is just not as inviting and fun. Oh, and they have a full bar. The bartender loves to mix up drinks. Todd made me something called a 7-Card-Stud, which had 6 different kinds of liquor in it. I love it!!! Everyone on staff was so friendly. I sat down at the bar and shot the shit with Samuel (one of the coolest bartenders in OK I'm sure) for hours. He was awesome. My room was cool and they even let me checkin many hours earlier than normal check-in as I had a funeral early in the day and needed to get dressed. It didn't go unnoticed. The location is a little hard to get to, but the hotel itself is really nice. The XYZ bar is a great spot for a cocktail, there are pool tables and a good seating area. Check in is a breeze (sign up for Starwood Preferred online before you make reservations or visit- there are perks that will benefit you). The room was nicely appointed and the bed quite comfortable. Super quiet, we didn't hear other guests or outside noise at all. Dog-friendly, nice pool area, sauna, gym, and self-serve food area. It wouldn't be my top choice location-wise, but if you need to stay in this area, you would be hard-pressed to find a better hotel. read more

Another great Aloft hotel. All the staff members that we encountered were eager to please. The rooms were immaculate as always. We thought is was interesting that they were selling art by local artists. We did buy a couple of the paintings and could not be more happy with them. The only downside was that the pool area needed to be cleaned up. It made for a unsettling swimming experience. Overall, it was a nice experience and we will stay here again. Road tripping cross country with a dog - 1 week 6 hotels. There are a few basics that I want and need from a hotel during this trip. unfortunately from the very moment we stepped foot in the hotel we could tell it was going to be all "show" and no delivery from The Aloft. While the ambiance is very cool and hip, there were only 2 baggage carts and they were MIA. we waited around with luggage, coolers, a bike, and a dog. After 15 mins I asked the front desk to hold my stuff so I could start a few unloading trips to my room. Only Then did they point out we could have parked the truck around the building near a door that leads to the room... Ok whatever, moving on to the room - They all look alike. A bit of a funky layout but the bed was good and that's all that matters. The shower and bathroom need a good toothbrush cleaning and that makes you think differently about the rest of the room... Or maybe not, I'm NOT going to think about it!!! Breakfast - I chose the bed and breakfast option when I booked online. Apparently they are supposed to give vouchers at check in. They did not. So at 6 am I had the pleasure of tracking that down (before coffee, come on guys!!!) I Went to the front desk, asked about the breakfast deal I purchased, and of course they asked for vouchers that were never given to me. I asked the front desk clerk to pull up my account which apparently said nothing about my purchase of bed and breakfast. The front desk clerk asked to see my confirmation (because you seriously don't have that info on the computer!? Really???). I had the pleasure of walking back to my room to get my phone to pull up my email confirmation to show the front desk guy and then finally received the breakfast voucher. But breakfast was ok with healthy options. I appreciate that. Overall I say this Hotel tries way to hard to fit the hipster fad with neon lights and imported DJ's and not enough effort trying to be a solid hotel that begins with the 3 C's: Clean Comfortable Customer service. To the W Hotel, your "vision" is lacking the bones that really define a good solid hotel. I expected more from you. read more

I'm very meticulous about hotel reviews, however this place did it for me. Traveling with a group of co-workers we rolled in around 11pm. The customer service attendants at the desk were friendly and did a very overwhelming job of making sure we got the best rate possible. We had my Australian Shepard with us and they even did everything they could to make the dog feel at home. The room was very modern and the shampoo and soap dispenser in the bathroom are not your classic terrible smelling stuff, it's the real deal. The property overall, very well maintained. The hotel is behind a strip mall with various department stores and I might add is in a safe area of town, from other reviews it is best to avoid the northside. For a 2 week business roadtrip, this has by far been the best find and would stay again. read more

The pool was dirty and there were no clean towels but plenty of dirty towels all over the pool area. Breakfast was terrible... an egg sandwich on a hard tiny biscuit that took 20 minutes to make. Wall paper peeling and dirty in our room. Cobwebs in the corners. Lots of guests were complaining. I got locked in our bathroom because the sliding door came off of its track. One person to check in and out everyone as well as collecting money for snacks. We waited twenty minutes to pay for a bottle of water last night. We won't be back! read more

The interior clean and hip. It's a dog friendly place and I appreciated that. They got baggies outside for use. Asked if we had room preference which was nice. We had a 2 queen non-smoming. Room was comfortable and loved modern decor. Duvets were lumpy and looked old. There were some stains on the carpet (looked like ink) and a crack in the slide bathroom door (not a fan of that not too private). Shampoo and body wash dispenser were nice. Came up quickly with more towels. Will consider this chain again. This location may be older but for the price was comfortable, safe and easily assessible to many stores, a mall and restaurants. read more

Not what I expected, but ok for one night. I would not want to stay longer. The staff was not friendly at all. The room was tiny, but the king size bed was very comfortable and linens were nice. I like the idea of a green hotel, but one of the things I love about most hotels is the STRONG water pressure and this hotel didn't have that. No amenities, no restaurant. Just a snack bar a-la 7-Eleven. You definitely get what you pay for in this hotel. I went against my better judgement to get an Airbnb and stayed here because it was cheap and this was an unexpected trip for a funeral. I'll start with the positives. The front desk staff was great. Check-in was easy. They answered the phone on the first ring. Front desk staff always have the hardest job in a hotel, and these folks were great. Also, the concept of this hotel is great. No frills, modern, only the essentials. My problems with the room itself were minor. No shampoo/conditioner was left in the room, but I brought my own. No big deal there. The carpet was worn and the walls were poorly patched/touched up. The duvet (as you will see in other reviews) was lumpy. These need to be replaced with a better quality duvet. It's clearly an older property that had it's last update over a few years ago, but it was $60/night so again, you get what you pay for. The walls were very thin and being on the 4th floor, the floor would shake every time anyone on my end of the floor took a step or closed a door. My recommendation for anyone staying here in the future, in your reservation, ask to be far away from the pool, even if you're on a higher floor. You will hear everything if you are facing the pool. My biggest problem with this hotel was the guests staying around me. This is something that is beyond the staff's fault but was exacerbated by the thin walls and the floors shaking. The people staying on my end of my hall had clearly never stayed in a hotel, much less been in public. They clearly were in a group (multiple rooms) as there were doors slamming and children running/screaming/stomping down the halls until about 11 PM. After being on the road all day, the last thing I want is to be woken up by a 5 year old screaming "PIZZA!" After the third time being woken up, I almost packed up and went down the street to the Marriott (which isn't me being uppity...they just have really soft beds and quiet rooms). I probably wouldn't stay at this hotel again. It's just so hard to predict the types of folks you're going to be placed near and Airbnb's are definitely the way to go if you have time to plan. Also, at this price point you are going to likely get more families with multiple rooms, teams, school groups, etc. and when I'm traveling, I appreciate quiet. read more

The aloft hotel in Tulsa charges way too much for how disgusting and horrible it is. Our first night here there was mold and water in the shower upon our arrival, so they moved us to a new room. In the new room, things were missing (like soap, lotion, coffee, and the bottle of water that was in the first room). Oh, and the elevator walls and doors were covered in sticky handprints. Tonight will be our 3rd night here, and we couldn't even park in the hotel parking lot. There literally isn't one single space available. We had to carry our baby in her car seat from two lots away from the hotel all the way to the entrance to then be told by security that because there is a birthday party going on inside, we cannot enter through that door and would have to use the side entrance halfway around the building. So, we finally get into the building and get up the elevator to our floor and walk into our room to find out that housekeeping never came today. AWESOME! So, I called front desk, he brought us up some towels to our dirty room and told us we could have some free food from their shitty breakfast bar in the morning. (No thanks, I would rather have McDonald's) If you want a cleaner environment where you get housekeeping and can even park in the hotel parking lot, don't stay at Aloft in Tulsa. I suggest trying the nearest motel 6, or sleeping in your vehicle. read more

Cheaper than most hotels. Clean and very neat. I extended my stay because they offered an additional discount. I reccomend staying here.

Our room was satisfactorily clean, and the beds are comfortable. There seemed to be some furniture missing or something though. There was only a dining-style table near the front door to sit on, a completely empty area, and then the beds. My friends' rooms were better furnished, but none of us had any drawers to put our clothes in. The HVAC is loud and the temps fluctuated too much for comfort. Most of the people I traveled with complained that they were hot at night. This was easily adjusted by turning the thermostat down more, but again, the system is loud and it woke me up several time a night. The pool was run down. I stayed out of it. And the WiFi was terrible - I couldn't get any work done in my room. Maid service didn't attempt to clean the room while we were there for the week even though we didn't request they stay away. The hotel itself isn't very welcoming...it has a vacant feel to it. The downstairs lobby has been vacated except for the bar in the back. The upstairs lobby is cramped and often crowded. The staff was nice, but you had to speak to them first; they never initiated communication with me and they were all rather dull. The parking lots are awful. It's hard to figure where to get in and out, the parking garage is cramped, and there is not much covered parking available. The lobby off the parking garage is the vacant one; there is very little parking on the upper level where you are supposed to check in and there isn't a sign that says something obvious like "Check in here!" so you get to guess when you first arrive. There are more signs for the not-awesome restaurant attached to the hotel than there are signs telling you anything about Aloft. Overall the stay was acceptable, but not really a pleasure. read more

DOGLOVERS!!! This is your spot!! Absolutely the most pleasant stay we've had with our dogs. Hubbs and I travel A LOT with our babies and it's always a bit tough to find a place that welcomes us without at least some added stress or a few equal to the entire hotel stay! Aloft welcomed us with open arms and made us feel right at home! No stress, no added fee and no need to compromise quality because this place is super clean and trendy with walk-in showers (a must have for my hubby;))!! A new favorite for us! read more
