Had some problems with this store a few years ago, and they are now giving receipts and have stabilized the rewards program. Despite feedback that the cashiers are NOT stoned, ha ha dude, they ARE, but it's ok now that they're giving receipts. HOWEVER I've had problems with the quality of their tobacco several times now. When you buy a pound of tobacco for $35, you expect to be able to make cigarettes with it. But 2 out of the last 3 times I've bought tobacco there, the tobacco was "off" in that it was not the right consistency or moisture level to make cigarettes in my top-o-matic machine. Ruined a lot of cigs, wasted a lot of effort, very frustrating. Maybe they're not storing it properly? It's just weird that I've never had a problem with Orchidland tobacco, and they're a hardware store?! Ok whatevs, you all focus on your Kratom and pipes biz, but tobacco smokers beware.

They have plenty of interesting items for sale. Incense, clothing, magnets, and more. They also have lots of clothes reasonably priced. Some of the items are kind of pricey. Shot glasses were kind of high at around $7 and up. If you want more bang for your buck go to Walmart. They have some $1.99. Overall, a great experience. I went back to the store for remedy. The woman in the store basically said tough shit. No refund, no exchange, no nothing. She handed me som dessicant to try drying it out. That did not work. I wasted $15.00 and was treated really poorly. I will not be returning to the store for anything...even though they have great stuff. Really pissed off. Im local and don't deserve to be ripped off.
