I rarely write review but I had to as it was the worst service I ever received especially when I treat myself to a spa only 3 or 4 times a year! They said they did I asked if everything used was clean or new because it didn't look it. They play the dumb card and made me repeat the question several times. After a long while I was ready to leave and was told I didn't need the flip flops. I get to my house and toes were destroyed by my shoes. I had asked for flips! They don't know what their doing. Was told they were calling the police if I showed up for refund. I told them to call them, because the police have nothing better to do than to go check on my toes. They said they would fix it for me but why would I go there again? Rude and dishonest. The nails look fantastic and I am very happy with the service and quality. After another beauty technician at this place waxed my eyebrows and lips and it didn't hurt. There was some miscommunication because when I paid, I was charged for long length nails. They're all Asians and they seem to "misunderstand" what the customer is asking for. My granddaughter is only 12 years old and I was sitting next to her. The lady who I think was the manager was wearing a mask over her mouth so it was even harder to understand what she was saying. Although my granddaughter really likes her new nails, I didn't think it was appropriate to give her "long" nails and the "manager" should have also consulted me first.
